Great hotel with a convenient location. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and easy to get around from. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed everything. However, we were not informed in advance about the construction that was taking place In front of the area where we were dining and had our breakfast. It was quite loud.

Great place, amazing location for a relaxing holiday with family.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Samui was a comfortable experience. The room itself was great—clean, well-appointed, and a relaxing space to return to after a day out. However, we did notice one detail that could be improved: the bathroom doors. It would be a huge upgrade if management installed soft-closing hinges on them. Without them, it's very easy for the doors to close with a loud bang, which can be quite jarring, especially if someone is resting or sleeping. Aside from that minor structural detail, the hospitality here is fantastic. In general, all of the staff members we encountered were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. It's a wonderful property, and with just a tiny adjustment to the room fixtures, it would be absolutely perfect!

Great place for families with many activities for the kids. They have a different activity every evening for the kids such as movies and face painting.

The environment is great, nice room and few good restaurants nearby. Near beach there are places for chill and drink. Fishermen village just walking distance

Beautiful hotel close to the city center. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast is very complete and delicious.

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Samui Bophut Beach by IHG during our trip. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located, which made travelling around much easier. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and relaxing.   Breakfast had a good variety, and the room was cosy enough for us to rest well after long days out. Small details in the service also made the experience more enjoyable.   A special thank you as well for the thoughtful birthday room decoration and complimentary cake prepared during the stay. It was such a lovely surprise and made my birthday celebration feel extra memorable, warm, and heartwarming!  Overall, it was a comfortable and reliable stay, and we truly enjoyed our time there!
