I cannot recommend this resort enough. To begin, Sandy was incredible...super friendly from the start and went out of her way to make our experience special. She had great recommendations, said hello to us by name every time we saw her around the resort, and even when we were leaving, she gave us her card to contact her if we had any questions or needed any help while hopping around to other islands/parts of Thailand. We also got to know Kaushi, who is so kind and also provided recommendations, information about the different islands we were visiting, and general knowledge about Thai culture and food. While we wanted to highlight these two in particular, the entire staff was incredible. They helped us make copies of our passports, booked motorbikes (which was seamless), etc. AND when we got out of any excursion earlier than expected on our last day, after we had technically checked out, they let us come back to use a temporary room they had attached to their lobby to shower and relax until our boat out to Koh Tao. Amazing. Anantara does a ton of little touches to make your experience memorable and comfortable - the turn down service, welcome fruit, etc. The breakfast buffet was literally was our favorite one of our whole trip, with so many options and everything tasting SO good. They had a great mix of authentic Thai dishes and stations, as well as cuisines from all over the world. We loves our Taste of Siam dinner experience that allowed us to try so many different things. We also had some great Tapas at their other restaurant, Guilty and got to take advantage of the pool bar's happy hour (buy one get one cocktails). Our room was clean and beautiful -- we even got upgraded upon our arrival. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The resort is amazing , Google cant describe the views here they are gorgeous. The staff are just amazing and so delightful, if i had some thing to note about right away they would fix it and will still make you a smile with unexpected gestures.

We were recommended Anantara Bophut to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary, and it didn’t disappoint at all. From the beautiful driveway, to a stunning entrance, then the most amazing staff greeting you as you get out the car - this is where wonderfulness begins. Taken into the library for a freshen up, shoulder massage after being awake for a long time was just divine. Our Anniversary cake & treats in our room was such a gorgeous surprise. We loved the staff, they were all just so warm & friendly. Always greeting us with the biggest smile. Food & especially breakfast was top notch. Loved the turn down service & night treats. Was nice having drinks & nibbles provided in the gardens one night to meet management. We used the gym often & found it well equipped with everything we needed. Could get abit busy at times & wasn’t huge - so we just adjusted our timing. We were in a deluxe garden view room, which was gorgeous & spacious. Perfect. We did have some people who liked to stomp around above us at all hours- really the only small negative we had. Location was excellent for a very easy short walk to Fisherman’s Village We would definitely stay again next time - it was a beautiful stay for us. Thoroughly enjoyable.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The staff was lovely and humane, the hotel was clean and pleasant – truly a fun experience! The hotel is undoubtedly 5-star quality. On the last day, when we were supposed to check out, my sister wasn’t feeling well, and we had to go to the hospital by ambulance. The hotel staff helped us with everything possible, especially Sandy, the customer relations manager, who supported us throughout. They took care of ordering the ambulance, informing the hospital about our arrival, and even sent the necessary documents to ensure we didn’t waste any time. Additionally, they kept our luggage while we were at the hospital and took care of us tirelessly – all while we were no longer hotel guests. And as if that wasn’t enough, they sent us the luggage within minutes of my request, without any charge.
