Great stay on a luxury escape deal, came with daily free cocktails, daily breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner (3 course meal). Rooms were great. Lunch was brilliant , as was the cocktail. Dinner wasn’t amazing, but good given it was included in the package. Would recommend choosing the 3 course lunch over the 3 course dinner. Would recommend choosing the ground floor rooms, can walk straight into the pool. Staff were very attentive. Sunset was incredible. Note, very warm in Thailand in April/May, so pool was quite warm too. Overall, great stay and good value for money.

We stayed for 7 nights as a couple. All in all we were very satisfied. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and clean. The outside area is very well maintained and you can spend a lot of time at the pool. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. We were allowed to stay an hour longer in the room on request on the day of checkout, which was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I still have to deduct one star because we were not completely satisfied with the breakfast. When I was in the code for the first time in 2016, there was still a breakfast buffet and you could eat your fill. Meanwhile, an a la carte breakfast is served, where you can choose one single dish. The portions are unfortunately ridiculously small, so that one is not even close to being full, which other guests in our presence have also criticized. Not even my girlfriend (55 kg) was full. For these tiny portions, the prices are really a cheek. For that money, you can get 3 people full at one of the local food markets! The second point of criticism concerns the gym. I used it daily and was very happy with the equipment and cleanliness. Unfortunately, half the days there were no towels, no water or no drinking cups for the water dispenser. Of course, this is not a big problem, but given the high prices that the hotel calls, you should expect more… However, we still liked it very much and we would come again!

I nearly changed my holiday because of the negative reviews that i read here, however i was so pleased i didn't and went with my gut instinct. I have just returned from the most wonderful relaxing holiday at the Mai Samui beach resort. The hotel has been built in a traditional Thai style, on a quiet peninsular of Samui. So if you are looking for a glossy high rise concrete soulless block with entertainment and plenty of bars surrounding you, then this is not the place for you. There are a few local restaurants and a coffee shop only a few minutes walk away. With lively Bophut, with the Fisherman's market and Nathon are only a short taxi ride away (or free bus from hotel every day). The hotel has a variety of rooms to stay in, a couple of restaurants and a great beach bar with an extensive cocktail menu. The staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel is currently having a few renovations but so has everyone else. Hotels and bars across the world have all suffered being locked down for several years due to Covid 19, and have only just re-opened, so yes they all need to do a bit of catch up. The renovations did not impact us in any way, and did not spoil our holiday one bit. I chose not to do all inclusive and opted for breakfast only. There was plenty of choice every morning. The egg chef was always busy with everyone's individual orders. One very small negative is the lack gluten free options or milk alternatives, but we worked around it. The beach is not your usual tropical lounging sandy spot. This is a very shallow tidal bay with some rocks and corals. It is great for a low tide walk, but not swimming. To make up for this the hotel has a couple of large well thought out swimming pools. and there is a raised sandy area to the front of the beach with plenty of sunbeds and chairs to lounge on. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel if you prefer a quite resort but with easy access to livelier towns. If i have the chance i would definitely come back again. Myself snd my Wife have stayed at many Four Seasons around the World and this Hotel is right up there amongst our favs The Location the Hotel the Staff and the Management Wow what a wonderful place. Massive shout out to Branka one of the Directors of FS Koh Samui, so well loved and respected by all staff and guests, became a great friend by the end of the Holiday. Most unhygienic hotel I have ever stayed in, definitely not 4 star. We had the last villa on the opposite side of the road to the actual resort, number 910, and they said housekeeping was until 4pm, everyday it got to 4pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned so we had to chase them up via WhatsApp as there is no phone in the rooms, then they would send someone to ‘clean’ which meant they would only sweep the floor and make the bed, literally took then 5 mins. After 6 nights our bed hadnt been changed once even though there were marks on it from a spilled drink, they just flipped the duvet over thinking we wouldn’t see it, they hadn’t changed our coffee cups, just left used mugs on the side for 4 days so we whatspped them again and they sent the cleaners back and they finally gave us fresh bedding, swept again and mopped for the first time in 6 days, they didn’t clean the shower at all, grime and build up all over the bathroom including the toilet seat. So many fruit flys constantly in the room. We only had 2 more nights so we thought we could deal with the dirt, so we went to the shops, were gone about 20 mins and came back to fresh rat droppings on the bedroom floor. We whatspped again and asked them to send the manager, we got a knock on the door and it was the maintenance man with a stick and a torch to get rid of the rodent, I asked him if he was manager and he said no so I whatspped again and then got told the manager was at the night market and left her phone at reception so didn’t know how long she would be. An hour had passed and they offered no solution so we waited at reception, another hour later 4 employees pulled up, I got told Nong was the manager but when I spoke to Nong she told me the manager isn’t here and was in Bangkok, when I explained the situation to Nong she laughed in my face and said no refund. We demanded contact with the manager so Nong called the manager and through Google translate we heard her telling the manager that we were only trying to save money, when we told her we aren’t trying to save money she said I didn’t say that I said you was asking for a refund but she looked embaressed that we caught her out. They didn’t offer us a new room until we demanded a refund and by that point we didn’t want to be there another second, after she spoke to the manager again we got offered a 3 day refund as ‘we didn’t complain when we first got there’ well there wasn’t rat faeces on the floor when we first got there. Nong and Snow the two ladies on reception were so rude to us and couldn’t care less about our problems, this took 4 hours to ‘resolve’ and we have now checked into another hotel. Please do not waste your money on this hotel, we were refused a taxi to the nearest cash point earlier on in our stay because it was ‘only a 15 minute walk’ which turned out to be an hour round trip mid day in over 30 degree heat and they also refused us a taxi when we left the hotel with all our luggage so we had to walk and get one up the

Wow! The accommodation at March resort is perfect. I like the concept of small individual houses so much. You will be settled in a tiny house looking accomodation with a small sitting area outside ”your house” and the pool view. They clean the rooms every day and change towels and provide water bottles. It's very quiet and only birds or swimming water splashes from the swimming pool can wake you up in the morning. Convenience store is just right next to the resort and the beach is just across the street. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, massage shops there are even two travel offices nearby (take right when you exit the resort and on 400m distance you will see them) where you can buy tickets for ferry, train/bus back to Bangkok or other places) and local tours. Note that there is no tooth brush and toothpaste in the room but you can easily buy one in the 🏪. The place is not in downtown area so if you are planning to book a tour, the most likely you will be charged additional 300thb for pick up/drop off service.

I spent 4 nights at The Sea Koh Samui. Staff are really friendly, professional and so polite. Room was big and clean. A bit old but it’s fine. I really enjoy my stay here. I’d definitely come back here again!

I’ve stayed in many 5 star places, this place rates very very near the top. The hotel is stunning, rooms luxurious, views breathtaking, pools beautiful. Multiple pools, amazing food, cinema room, billiards room, spa, sauna, massage. The staff and owner are so helpful and friendly. They arranged everything requested and were 5 star service at all times. Highly highly recommend this place for a real taste of luxury and tranquility.

Лучше чем на фото. Жаль что на этом сайте нельзя бронировать домики, они замечательные. Но и номер нас устроил, большой, чистый, хороший кондиционер, балкончик, парковка. Персонал дружелюбный, убирают каждый день. Хороший и большой бассейн. Сразу же продлили проживание еще на две недели. С удовольствием вернемся еще раз!
