Pinnacle Koh Tao Resort

I rented a motorcycle and fell down on the bike I cut my head open and blood everywhere. I got to my room and use their towel to stop the bleeding it was bad! The hand towel was bloody and some blood on the regular towel. That night I got some blood on the pillow and some on the sheet. When I went to check out. The front deck told me I had to pay for the towel and sheets because there was blood on towel sheet. It cost me over 2000 baht for the stain of blood. Yes the hand towel was bloody but the rest could be wash out. Instead asking me I was ok from the crash. They only care about the money they can make from the towel and sheets. So be careful not to get any stain on the sheet or towel. You have to rent a motorcycle because this hotel is out of the way. 500 baht for the towel

Great location. All the rooms have a view of the ocean by Staff super nice. You will have rent s scooter because you are out of the way

The room was definitely worth the price we paid. The view from the room was absolutely stunning — one of the most beautiful stays on Koh Tao. The staff were super friendly, and the pool had an amazing view as well. Such a perfect place to relax 🌊✨

I would definitely give a 10/10 for the view. I could see a really nice sunset from the balcony. The room was a little bit old, but it was quite clean. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was okay, but not many varieties. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Walking around the resort could be challenging as there were lots of stairs.

The rooms were all on steep inclines and definitely not for people with restricted mobility and also needs deft skills if one is hiring a 2 wheeler.. and I got conned by the 2 wheeler vendor who was recommended by the property

A very beautiful place. The view is stunning. But... the complex itself is old, the water pressure is very poor (for those who care). It's difficult to get there without your own transportation, and the descent to the beach itself is very long. The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors, but the view from the balcony is worth it.

Pros : - Good hotel : start to be old but totally fine. - Staff was very kind (especially for breakfast ! Always smiling). - For those that think the hill is the problem, just take the scooter next to the room, restaurant and swimming pool is a good idea if you don't want to climb. - Amazing view - I got free late check out after my morning boat was cancelled. Very kind from them. Cons : - No tv in rooms, - They don't really remove leaves from the swimming pool, - You can try to call them... No one pick up the phone (I called literally 30 times at the pier to get a shuttle for 100thb/pers) Cause the fake "taxi" was 500thb for 2kms. The reason : the front desk (where the phone is) is closed so the reception is at the restaurant (but no phone there). They could transfer calls to a mobile phone... But no. - It was written that there was a free shuttle going to the pier at 4pm... I was expecting to see it arriving at 4:20-30pm.. nothing came.

Beautiful hotel in the mountain. Unfortunately too far from anything so had to stay in room every night and order food. We tried hotel food but for the price the portion size was extremely small so we had to order more food for delivery. Also they say they have people who can drop us off to the pool and back but they have hardly any staff so we had to walk most days up and down the hill. Also first night tv wasn’t working we called them and unfortunately the engineer had a scooter accident so about 2 hours later they did come which was very good. The second night we had a power cut twice while each time me and my partner were having a shower so you can imagine how cold it was. They did manage to fix after an hour. We also had no light on our balcony so we asked can it be looked at and the guy said there is no light so a light was never put in. It was a nice stay but very boring in my opinion there.
