Very nice hotel! A little bit too expensive! Service and room service was ok! In general it was a good stay! We appreciate it!

Good hotel for the price. Large rooms, kind stuff. Only downside is its location - uphill, not paved road. Tough without  scooter

A very pleasant experience at this hotel. You see the staff cleaning the grounds and the rooms and it reminds you of some staff movies like The Remains of the Day.

In total we lived here for 2 weeks I liked everything very much, except: - there is cold water in the shower in the evening, on the last day it was just ice cold - poor internet. If you check the connection speed it tends to zero - insects. Ants as a given. When it rains a huge number of moths crawl through the bottom of the balcony into the room - the sound of the refrigerator is disturbing Overall excellent service, always clean room with fresh towels, beautiful view from the room, comfortable bed and good air conditioning. I think I'll be back again

Extended our stay, very convienient. Easy to extend. Peaceful area but not far from resturants etc.

It’s a very remote area which for a solo traveller was a little daunting at night without getting taxis. There is a lovely beach 10 minute walking distance but most dive centres are a 25 minute walk away so suggest staying nearer to the pier. The villa was fairly dirty including the sheets and towels provided. The receptionist didn’t seem to be around a lot and was always 10 minutes away when you called her. They advertise transfers to the pier at certain times but they didn’t run unless you pressed them too. Resulted in having to get taxis a few times which was costly. Focused on the negatives because all in all the island is spectacular however perhaps you can find better for the same price?

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Vorort lässt sich preiswert die Wäsche waschen und ein Roller mieten.

De locatie ligt vrij ver van de stad vandaan (30 min lopen) en daarvoor krijg je niks terug, het uitzicht is namelijk droevig. De voorzieningen zijn ook vrij slecht, er is geen telefoon in de kamers dus je moet met je eigen mobiel de receptie maar zien te bekijken, die tevens bestaat uit 1 vrouw die er vrij vaak niet is (na 7 uur ofzo is de receptie dicht). Ook heeft het hotel geen restaurant of pin / wissel mogelijkheden, dus toen ik mij helemaal verot schrok van de 1000 bath die ik als borg moest betalen (was eerder nog 0 en 500 bij een 5 sterren hotel) mocht ik 30 minuten klimmen naar de stad toe om geld te pinnen.

En cuanto a la estética del alojamiento es preciosa, las vistas desde la habitación lo mejor y el entorno en la naturaleza, la piscina para nosotros solos y con el sonido de los animales de fondo. Sin embargo, el servicio dejó mucho que desear, ellos ofrecían una recogida en taxi gratis desde el muelle a tu llegada pero no te mandan un mensaje o se preocupan en avisarte. Cuando llegamos, pagamos un taxi y les explicamos lo sucedido y en vez de ofrecernos la vuelta gratis, nos dijeron que no era su problema. Por otra parte, nunca hay nadie en la recepción, parece que nadie trabaja allí y cada vez que necesitas algo tienes que esperar y tener la suerte de que aparezca algún trabajador que avise a la recepcionista. Si eres miedoso con los bichos mejor no vengas, porque hay bastantes (lagartijas, lagartos, arañas, etc) y además entran en el cuarto a través del aire acondicionado. El camino para subir es bastante empinado y sin asfaltar lleno de rocas, si vas con moto es peligroso, sobre todo en rainy season. Por último, el entorno del alojamiento puede ser peligroso ya que caen cocos y ramas enormes de palmeras que si te dan pueden hacerte mucho daño. Lo sé por experiencia... vieron como me caía una rama con pinchos y ni se inmutaron.
