This is our second time here, though the fourth time checking in. On the evening of October 2, 2023, we visited Rajkutir for the first time. In the yellow light of the gate, I still couldn’t comprehend what was inside. After the welcome rituals, Mr. Raj helped with the check-in formalities. Shang led us to the room while narrating the history of Rajkutir. From that day until today, the bond with Rajkutir became so pure. Shang became family. The warmth and friendship grew so deep that the day before our departure, my mother hugged Shang and cried. The whole plane ride, we kept wiping our tears. For us, Rajkutir is not just another hotel; it’s more than emotions. It’s not just for its heritage, but the behavior of every official here shows what royal hospitality feels like. Although there were a few exceptional experiences this time, let's start with the good. I’m not writing this review about the hotel officials; this story is about how cordial and trustworthy they were as human beings. In a five-star hotel, having royal and the highest possible facilities is normal; getting those facilities is happiness. But when that is blended with the sincerity of those providing it, it becomes mental peace. Among the front desk staff—Mr. Raj, Mr. Ankesh, and Ms. Sunita—I knew Raj and Sunita from last year, except Ankesh. These familiar faces provide such trust and reassurance that only those who come to Rajkutir to rest on their way back with patients from another country will understand. There wasn’t a single matter where they didn’t help or refused. The day before our departure, it was an emotional farewell, Shang absence. Even on the day of our departure, Mr. Ankesh stood there, helping us load our heavy luggage into the car despite sweating profusely, and kept saying, “Please come again.” At that moment, it didn’t feel like we were checking out of a hotel. My mother kept saying it felt like she was leaving her father’s house. Indrajit—this was our first meeting. His sincerity and helpfulness are indescribable. Parthib assisted us repeatedly from the first day, like family. In the spa, Ashe Chotso ❤️, after my facial, she would often come to meet us. It wasn’t about formality but sincerity and family vibes. In F&B, Mr. Munshi… This guy is a powerhouse of positive energy. The way he says ”very good morning,” it turns your damp, gloomy morning into the brightest one. Mr. Azizul was so kind and decent, another source of positive vibes during breakfast time. Mr. Chandan was really nice and helpful. Mr. Kunal, the *** with the green turban, brings us relief just by seeing him. He is a piece of heart—like family. Mr. Maimur was so nice and gentle. In a five-star hotel, you often hear ”Yes, ma’am, certainly ma’am,” but the true stars of Rajkutir are these people. Now, coming to the negative side we faced: On September 16, we invited three guests for the evening program. While they were serving tea and jhalmuri, we asked for tea with less or no sugar. They said it

The worst hotel stay of my life, I have been traveling for business for the past 21 years but have never had such a bad experience. Dirty rooms and toilets, torn of bed upholstery. AC just don't work I kept on reminding the reception but after 3-4 calls they made arrangements for a portable AC at midnight. After repeated requests and after the 3rd call no solution and no rooms available since the hotel is sold out. At midnight I called again was finally given a portable AC or cooler to sleep. I had a flight to catch at 6 could barely sleep for 3 hours. The worst hotel stay of my life. Don't waste your money the manager came twice and no apology for the inconvenience. It's a total rip off I paid ₹4177 Approx $35 which was a total waste and I feel cheated. On check out the reception person asks me again for payment thankfully I had the payment details handy to show to him. Don't waste your time and money on this hotel there a better non branded and cheaper hotels in this area look out for those. A disgrace to the Brand Fern

It was a beautiful place 😊 everything is so nice . I had a great experience i was with my family everyone had a smile in their faces which walking. Reception were so friendly with us. It is a perfect place to visit for peace and space room was full of fragrance.

Good place very nice and friendly staff overall satisfied with the place one addition could be an in house bar which will add cherry on top except that very good food is good a bit expensive compared to local food but not too much so ok ok for a hotel, rooms are nice for my room i got a nice view so was an excellent experience

Excellent food. Very well served and taken care of by Mainak. It really made our Sunday evening well spent!! We are very happy with the quality of fish served. The salads were excellent. The paneer soft and succulent. We are going to be back with the entire family! Well done Yagna!

I had an excellent experience while staying at Hotel Emirets. The location is perfect and food/other facilities are the best in the industry. The behaviour of staffs are superb. I will love to recommend my friends for the secure stay.

The hall that was provided for our meeting was very spacious with bright lights that helped us to move with the conference smoothly. Even the food quality was delicious and we ended the day on a good note. Kenilworth in Kolkata is one of the best in terms of all the services they provide. We booked a venue in the hotel for our business meeting and they have helped us in a very professional manner. To be specific Priya Duggal had arranged every detail minutely to make our event successful . Thank you Kenilworth team!

Very nice experience, enjoyed a lot , good service, very pleasant , excellent food, nice ambience, not too far from my residence, it was my first time' experience, will visit again, have suggested other friends to visit as well, looking forward to coming again
