I find this property is mm t, terrible place poor washroom totally unhygienic and very bad condition of hotel

Total is old from 80s and need to change, first they change us to their property. They even didn't bring luggage to room l, i have to get myself. Room is okay but damp, bathroom is small and stinky. Bed, linen, blanket and pillow cover need to change. It location is okay for transit. May be mm t doesn't review hotels physical. Reputation will at stake in future.

No room service and it was a terrible stay. The only security guard is the contact person who gives service, that too be called on his mobile. Not a good experience

Lack of manpower. Worst room service. Centralized geyser was not working. Very bad experience. Not recommended for anyone. Make my trip should not tie up with these category hotels. Initially which room they allotted, again they changed in side by building. Quite dissatisfied with this booking. If such things happen then we have to avoid make my trip. To hold make my trip's reputation steps should be taken immediately. Totally mismanagement

Very bad experience this time with mmt. Your toll free number is automated without customer care personnel. The property i booked (kings crown vip road, kolkata on 19th jan 2023 through mmt is under renovation. And after reaching the hotel they are shifting me to their another property. I tried to contact you through toll free no but no one was there to listen our concerns. I'll never ever book any hotel through your mmt. Really, terrible experience.
