Taj taal kutiris always a delight. The rooms are spacious and rhe bathroom is just wow... The breakfast spread is grand and has everything one can hope for .... Rahaman made sure our stay was comfortable and absolutely gorgeous.. A definite recommend. .

Had dinner at the Verandah, it’s a wonderful experience. As always with Taj, food is very good, so is the service and ambience. Felt really special by the staff. We ordered tomato basil soup, chicken tikka, fried rice and chilli chicken. All the items were cooked to perfection, chicken was really soft and juicy.

Having stayed at a bunch of Taj properties earlier, I had expected the similar hospitality at Taal Kutir. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service and hosting by the Taal Kutir team. I was travelling to attend a music concert and had to attend a wedding the subsequent day. Team at Taal Kutir went above and beyond to adjust for our comfort and ease without us having to even ask for it. This level of customer centric approach if commendable. I would specially like to thank Simran at front desk for being a delightful host. She embodies the customer centric approach that Taj is known for, and then some more. She made sure that our stay and plans went by smoothly. Saud at Bell desk was a happy chap, always eager to help and make your life easy. Deepest appreciation for him. One place where Taal Kutir can improve is breakfast seating arrangements. Service was fast but could have been more streamlined if each table is numbered distinctly. For now guests had to point out to the actual table to ask for live counter delivery. All in all, Taj Taal Kutir is now my #1 Taj property and people I interacted with are the key reason for the same.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff are very helpful and courteous. the chef had prepared a lovely kids meal for my son which I really appreciate it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are great. The poolside area very accessible to the nearby hotspots and the property is locatednear eco park. overall will definitely recommend and hopefully come by soon. would love seafood options in the menu. We recently booked three rooms at the property, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hospitality exceeded our expectations, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The food menu featured classic staples, but each dish stood out remarkably in terms of taste, quality, and generous portions. It was simply perfect. The rooms were impeccably maintained, spacious, and luxurious, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We opted for three luxurious rooms to accommodate two elderly ladies, both above the age of 80. The interiors, bathrooms, and amenities were nothing short of 5-star quality, truly elevating our experience. The staff deserves a special mention for their outstanding service and warmth. Jayashree and Sanjana at Verandah provided exceptional care, ensuring every detail was attended to. A heartfelt thanks to Rudra, whose delightful conversations during our swimming sessions added a personal touch to our stay, and Saud, whose warmth and attentiveness on the floor made us feel genuinely cared for. This was an unforgettable experience, and we are deeply grateful for the excellent hospitality provided by the entire team.
