We have stayed there for 10 days, in corporate booking, property is good, staffs were well behaved, but dinner quality was poor, not upto the mark as per hotel standard. We have been served fish curry, where fish was uncooked and gravy was craving with oil, which was highly unhygienic

Hotel Mangalam is the best ever Hotel for me in Kolkata. All the staff of Hotel Mangalam are very Friendly, Helpful, & Supportive. The taste of the food was also good. And it has given me experience like I am at my own house. In one call the staff ise to arrive at room to help. It was an amazing experience for me. Thank you so much for this lovely experience.

One of the worst hotel stay experience. First issue - the toilet seats were soiled -spots on seat-:pathetic. Next gave one soiled water bottle of 500ml for 2 guests as per their policy ..Worst of all the wayer supply stopped abruptly ...had to call reception - they put in water pump and then it was restored. Toilet and bath very cramped - area 2 by 2 ft or so . Very pathetic indeed.

The hotel is very nice. I just loved it . The rooms are very beautiful . The breakfast is just awesome and the staff is so humble mainly in receptionist Mr. Abinash Mishra. My experience in this hotel was awesome and if I again visit this hotel than i will surely visit here

Yesterday I was in Kolkata with my family & I visit in hotel mangalam for 1 night & am happy to stay in that hotel because its very higiene, clean room with lovely breakfast & the best part is check in & check out process was very fast nice staff in housekeeping room service & Receptionist Person Mr. Abinash was very helpful...
