Jayasree - receptionist in the afternoon was very personable too. Special mention to the kitchen team for arranging a packed breakfast since i was checking out before the restaurant could open for breakfast. "I had been at this hotel earlier in the year & found it to be nice. However, this time round I found d the rooms a little disappointing. There was a mustiness about the place. The bathroom floor was slippery. They kept forgetting to give us our towels. We had to keep asking for them. Breakfast was also not very good this time round, limited choices & service was very slow. However, the front desk staff were good & helpful. Checkin was fast & we got our room fast. Hope they can improve their room cleanliness & housekeeping."

"Arrived late at night for check-in. The room was incredibly spacious, with a living room, dining area, and bedroom. The downsides were that the glass door to the living room balcony couldn't be opened, and the bedroom had no windows, which felt very claustrophobic. The room's facilities were dated, and the renovation work wasn't very effective. The hallway had an overpowering scent that was quite strong. However, the breakfast buffet was excellent. For a Taj property, paying just over 800 for this type of room was acceptable, with the only real issue being the age of the room's facilities."

All your listings across the online platforms should be mentioned as “NO OUTSIDE FOOD” - you cannot keep the customers in the dark and tell them when they come in for check in !!!!!!! Bad !!!"

"The room was ok but the moment I saw from close de bed had black long hairs here and there, and when I looked inside de bedsheets more hair was there, so my immediate thought was these bed is not clean . The hotel management should pay attention to this details as they say a lot about the category or standard of the place. Another thing was that toilet roll paper was not cleaned, so I had to ask for another one.  The best experience was the guardian who absolutely deserves 5 stars or more, he was attentive and very polite always helping with the door, bags and ready to answers a few questions."

"Ladies and Gentlemen, We booked a room from May 25th to May 29th, 2024 and on May 26th around 9:30 p.m. we were in the lobby. And the reception staff were very, very unfriendly when we were sitting there, first a staff member came and told me to sit correct and after 5 minutes a *** came and said my husband should take his feet off the table and what was worst came Another employee told us without knowing that we weren't allowed to sit in the lobby. My question is if people are allowed to book a room with you who don't use the lobby so they should just stay in the room, the lobby is only for those who have to wait or something else. never again and wouldn't recommend it. We booked from Germany and were very disappointed"
