The experience at Kenilworth Hotel was wonderful; the staff members were courteous and supportive. The rooms were impeccably clean and adequately spacious. When I requested a late checkout of 2 hours, they readily accommodated my request. I am particularly grateful to all the staff, especially Mr. Alam at the reception, for their exceptional service. The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Kolkata. It boasts a fantastic surrounding area with superior options near Kolkata city center and Park Street. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay as it offers a peaceful retreat away from the noise, yet all the attractions such as Victoria Memorial and Park Street are within walking distance.

I stayed here for one night first time in Kolkata from Nepal heading to the Anda*** Islands. I was greeted with lots of smiles, very friendly accommodating staff who helped me with everything I needed. I ate and drank at the bar. Everything was delicious. The room was very comfortable stocked with everything you need. Great view of their beautiful pool. It was closed for maintenance so I couldn’t try it. They made me feel like family. I highly recommend this hotel when you want to stay close to the airport in Kolkata. Thank you for everything!

Booked a room for my in-laws. Said the hotel is relatively new, so the rooms are nice. I got them an executive room. It seems the only benefit to this is free drinks during cocktail hour. My in-laws do not drink alcohol and they did not have soft drinks/non-alcoholic drinks, which they were a bit disappointed about.

Overall it is a good experience but I feel the time for preparing the food that they took can be improved and I feel considering their room it is a bit over expensive. Otherwise their food quality and staff behaviour is upto the mark

Gentle*** at Reception very pleasing attitude. Room was good with fridge nice setup but lighting is not effective. We had views of old buildings. Stairwell had very old smell due to poor ventilation. Breakfast taste was generally poor, omelette had bad smell. Dining section is beautiful and waiters etc.. very helpful. Juice and coffee were quite good.
