We stayed in a room for four people. After settling into our room and turning off the lights, we heard something that sounded like a person beating on our door -loudly! I ran to the door and nobody was there. Puzzled, I assumed it was just noise from someone beating on another door. Maybe kids making a prank or something. The sound repeated about twice an hour for the entire night. It was coming from somewhere inside the wall and/or ceiling near the door. Analyzing the noise it sounded more like an unbalanced motor or pump winding down and clanging on its mounting. I complained to the front desk and the clerk said ”Oh yes we're aware of the strange sound. We don't know what it is.” !!!! I asked for another room but there was only one other room for four and it was booked. They refused to explanation as to why they rented this room with a known fundamental defect that makes sound sleep impossible. Also, the room was equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, but it was broken. I would never recommend this badly overpriced and badly managed hotel.

We stayed in the Transit Room at Living Suites for 4 nights in mid-September. Living Suites is a 5-min walk from the Naerum St bus stop. One can use the 150S bus from Norreport St and is a 40-min ride. It is an hour's ride to both Hillerod (Frederiksborg Castle) and Helsingor (Kronborg Slot). The Transit Room is in the Basement of the Hotel and is spacious. The sofa bed was firm and comfortable. However, the pillows were a little soft for our liking. The kitchen is well equipped. We did not cook in our room rather used the common kitchen. The common kitchen is very spacious and multiple people can cook simultaneously. The shower cabinet inside the room was fine and had enough space. The private toilet (right most one with the lock) outside the room was clean. The towels provided were very nice. We did not use the TV as we were very tired at the end of the day. Both check-in and check-out were both easy. Meny supermarket was 5-min walk from the Hotel. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this to others as well.

Good location and service. Only cons were that there was no hairdryer in mens shower/bathroom and train noise/shake. Train/metrostation and many services very close. Nice park across the trainline to picnic.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in late May 2024. You get the “new” feeling for everything given it is indeed just a few months in operation. The hotel is located in a very quiet and safe residential area by the port. During the day, you can expect “some work” going on around the vicinity but it is fine in my opinion. The room is considered self sufficient (no mini fridge, no bedroom slippers, no phone with just a few hangers). It is of a reasonable size for one, max two persons. Bed and pillows are comfy. The breakfast offered is unlike the usual massive buffet range but is considered very decent and healthy. Question is how much can one consume over breakfast. Several cosy eateries and supermarkets are located within walking distance. You can also chill or catch some good sun by the boardwalk nearby where people swim and yoga inside the little hut. If you wish to save some money, you should take the train from the airport and walk around 10-15mins to the hotel. Otherwise, taxi from the airport to the hotel vice versa can set you back by DKK500/- just for your guide. Rental of bicycles are available at DKK150/- per day at the hotel (new bikes). Traveling to the city, one-way transport by either bus or metro would cost around DKK24/-. Lastly, you can expect to be greeted by extremely courteous, friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits. C'est très bien situé. À 8 min du métro et facile d'accès. Bon restaurant vietnamien à deux pas. Par contre j'ai pris une chambre familiale pour avoir de la place et c'était très petit. Aucune place pour les 2 valises. C'était aussi un peu sale. La douche était bloquée au fond et les bouilloir étaient vraiment dégueulasses au point qu'on a pas osé s'en servir. Le matin on manquait parfois de vaisselle parce-que les autres mettaient au lave-vaisselle plutôt que de laver.

Ok hotel for 3 star, but extremely expensive. 250 euro without breakfast, without minibar, to single beds, no view, not possible to turn down room temperature and with a noicy train passing outside is the most expensive room I have stayes at, at least double price of Oslo with the same standard..Fantastic with the bike rent just outside the door and friendly staff. Clean room. Recommend the boat trip and the botanical garden and other parks. Fantastic both of them.

飯店旁是M2地鐵站,前往機場方便,交通位置不錯 飯店大廳很大,設計感十足,早餐餐廳寬敞又舒適,餐點種類多,美味可口,還可以自製鬆餅,用餐感覺很享受, 吧檯服務人員很親切,我自己買水果酒喝,沒開瓶器幫我開,還給我冰塊,令人印象深刻的飯店.

We arrived into Copenhagen Airport and found the train to the Centre. Need to just make sure you’re on the right platform and going in the right direction. The hotel is a very short walk and we were not disappointed. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely and the breakfasts were also very nice. The only thing I would say is if you’re looking for quiet on a Saturday night stay elsewhere or shut your windows. Not a big deal for us but just a heads up. It’s very well placed for everything.

First time in Copenhagen and first time using a hostel with family. No worries as they love it, the hostel seems to be newly renovated and is clean and bright. Toilet/shower spotless with hair wash and conditioner supplied (actually whole hostel is spotless). Water still hot at 9:30am after a lot of shower use, have been in upmarket hotels that struggled to maintain hot water. Was surprised that the room was cleaned each day with fresh bedding and towels. Great location, buy the Copenhagen Discover card and it is super easy to get around, Metro/rail station within 5 minutes. We stayed for 3 nights on the first floor, we were not disturbed by neighbouring rooms as some said in reviews, yes the street is noisy with windows open, but when closed street noise vastly reduced. As it was warm when we stayed we had windows open (no air con) and still had a good night sleep. Nicely decorated ground floor reception and bar, comfortable seating and good range of beer/wine/coffee, also seating outside. The basement has a well equipped kitchen, pool table, games area on the left of the stairs and on the right of the stairs there are more toilets/showers and I came across another fridge freezer in addition to the kitchen. Would have no hesitation booking again when we return to Copenhagen.

Great hotel and near public transports. Very convenient to get to the airport. The breakfast crew members were very friendly and helpful. Best I have seen so far in my 1 over month in Europe. Always willing to help guests and always smiling. Kudos to all the team members.
