Location is good. Cross the bridge and you are in the centre of the city. What I don't like is noisiness of housekeeping staff and the staff is whistling. For many countries and cultures whistling belongs to very bad superstitions and it is very uncomfortable to hear the staff at breakfast and housekeeping workers whistle in the corridor

Firstly, upon my arrival at the hotel for check-in, I was kept waiting at the reception for more than ten minutes without being attended to. The receptionist on duty appeared to ignore me completely, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. As a guest, I expect to be acknowledged and assisted promptly. Secondly, I was not informed upon my initial check-in that my stay included a complimentary bus ride within Konstanz town. It was only on the second day, during another check-in process, that I was made aware of this benefit. By that time, it was too late for me to take advantage of the free bus rides, as I had checked in late and my plans were already set. The lack of timely information and the poor service at the reception greatly diminished my experience at your hotel. As a paying guest, I believe it is essential to receive courteous and efficient service as well as complete information about the benefits included with my stay. I hope you understand the inconvenience and disappointment this caused me. I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. Additionally, I would like to request appropriate compensation for the inconveniences I faced during my stay. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Poor cleaning

Clean, good staff and good breakfast

Great service – everything went smoothly with our dog, too. We got a quick bite to eat late in the evening.

Early check-in was not possible, but the moment I entered the room after checking in, the lake view made up for all the inconveniences.

Not bad, just average.

The room was super clean and big enough. The bathroom was great too. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient.

Everything is OK. Parking costs 13 euros per day.

The hotel pleasantly surprised us, polite staff, everything was clean, and not far from the center, delicious breakfast, so everything was perfect.

The hotel is quiet and convenient, and the breakfast is good.
