Hotel berhampiran KAYAHAN MARKET, Konya

We were sadly shocked at the condition of this hotel. It was recommended by our 5 star travel service and the ratings were high. But the reality is entirely different. It has Very poor air conditioning. We had 2 rooms and one stunk of old urine to the point that we had to leave the main door open to air it out, and the other room had a hole in the bath tub. Black all around the tub/grout. And the water would constantly turn very hot then cold even without any toilet flushing in our room. You would have to soap up, feel the water for a tolerable temperature and dash in and get out and repeat. The baseboards were falling off. The vents were black where the air was blowing out. The breakfast was substandard (low quality) and few selections compared to every hotel we stayed at in Turkey. I am always happy to give a good rating, but this was one that definitely does not deserve it. Look for somewhere else.

We stayed in a two bedroom condo that was listed under AirBnb as ”residence suite.” Apartment was very clean, kitchen with all ameneties and washer / dryer that was convenient as we were in the middle of an extended stay. Good breakfast, convenient parking behind the hotel, and the location was right next to the mall (with starbucks) and less than a 10 minute drive to the Mevlana Museum. Adem Ibrahim at check-in was very helpful in ensuring a smooth check in & out, and extending our check out by a couple hours.

plenty of dining options all around. Despite being located close to the main road, the noise insulation was amazing. Not even once did we get disturbed by the traffic outside. The rooms are clean, well kept, spacious with all amenities one requires. The rooms have both heating and cooling options available. The breakfast was authentic Turkish and served in a restaurant with ample space and attention to hygiene. I spent 5 nights with family and became a fan of the place primarily because of the hospitality extended by the hotel manager Abdurrahim Dundar. An elegant person who is knowledgeable about history, culture, and speaks fluent English. He helped us book our taxi for the return trip to airport as well. The kids loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave after the kind of hospitality and care they experienced. In essence, we found another home away from home. This was a wonderful hotel!! I spent three weeks in this hotel so I got to understand this place more than just staying for a night or two. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked great, the internet only went out once in three weeks and it was due to a storm. (I read in other hotel reviews that the internet was often not working and I needed it for work.) The rooms and hallways did not have any scents of cigarettes! (There is a lot of smoking in Turkiye and I am sensitive to smoke so I was very grateful for this) The food was delicious --- A beautiful traditional Turkish breakfast from 8 until noon, every day! Which was so wonderful because in most hotels breakfast is only served until 10am but the extra 2 hours ensured that I could eat even if I slept late! The dinner food on the menu was also delicious! Eating out on the patio every day was so nice as well. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Most of the staff didn't speak much English but we still did a great job communicating. Everyone did their very best and it was much appreciated. All of the staff, from the front desk to the cooks to the housekeepers always said a greeting and were always eager to accommodate any request. They are all so friendly and accommodating!! I was extra fortunate because a new person got hired while I was here and he spoke English!! We actually became such good friends and even explored Konya together. This was such an incredible gift that made my time in Konya 100% better. I would highly recommend meeting Furkan, you will be so grateful to know him! :) If you are looking for a very nice, comfortable, friendly hotel- you have found the right place!

Very comfortable. Very good rooms - clean and roomy. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of food including a honeycomb! The roof top provides great views of the city. The a/c does not work well at all. The service is very good. The location is excellent near the core of the city.

The staff is so friendly, the rooms are perfect, and the location is super, you can reach the most important places by walking.

I very much enjoyed my three-night stay at the stylish and colourful Hotel Think, which is located very close to the Mevlana Museum, the main sight in the city. The double bed in my room was most comfortable and the sound-proofing of the room was fine, which was just as well, as the road outside is a busy one. I liked the walk-in shower in the en suite bathroom, where hot water was available at all times. I had breakfast at the hotel every morning and also ate at the ground floor Safran Restaurant and at the fifth floor café. The quality of food served is very good: definitely above par for a hotel restaurant. I really liked the buffet breakfast, with plenty of fresh fruit available. It takes around ten minutes to walk from the hotel to the Alaaddin Park in the city centre. Just one suggestion. There was not enough storage space in the room. Either shelves or a chest of drawers could easily be installed under the table fitted to the wall, as there is plenty of space available there.

We've just stayed here for our Konya trip, and I can say that Hich Hotel experience was the best part of our vacation. Ambiance is dreamy, every detail is perfectly combined. Hotel manager Gizem is such a great expert, she advised us a detailed tour plan and makes us feel very comfortable. She and all crew's manner is so welcoming. Hotel's location is very close to the top places that in Konya. We will definetely come again, and strictly advise this place. If you like autentical places, you will love. Thanks you all! İnternet erişimi vardı ama erişilemiyordu. Otopark ücretliydi. Ama temizlik ve de konum için tavsiye ederim bide kahvaltı var güzeldi teşekkürler.

Het is een top hotel en de locatie is perfect, de medewerkers zijn behulpzaam en ze helpen je graag met een probleem. De kamers zijn schoon en het ontbijt is perfect voor iedereen is er wel wat. Je zal geen spijt krijgen.
