The location is good, the clearness is good too, price not so expensive, the house keeper nice, front desk nice, but the staff for parking are lazy. Totally was not bad.

فندق لا يصلح للعوائل المحافظه لم انام البارحه من صوت الاغاني يوجد ديسكو وأصوات مزعجه اتصلت على الريسبشن طلبت منهم تشغل التكييف ولم يشغلوها يقول عطلان قلت له استبدل لي الغرفه لم يستجيب السرير صغير وغير نظيف ومساحه الغرفه صغيره

موقع الفندق وهيكله مثاليان. خدماليس لدي مشاكل في التنظيف. إنه فندق يمكنني أن أوصي به. أخطط للمجيء في طقس حارت الترحيب وجميع الموظفين يبذلون قصارى جهدهم للمساعدة. هذا جعلنا سعداء جدا. موظفو مكتب الاستقبال ممتازون.شكرا للجميع لا أستطيع ذكر اسمه.

The room was very clean and fresh. Mr Abdullah was very kind and helpful. Special thanks to him. Me and my boyfriend had fun. There were so many opportunities in the hotel. The hotel includes swimming pool, gym, sauna. And all of these things are high quality.

Alright hotel, stayed two nights on a business trip and I got a room that had a nice view but left more to wish for when it come to cleaning. I found some insects in the room and it felt like they forgot to do basic cleaning since the visitor before me as I found hair left. The breakfast was big, tailored towards local taste preferences I guess. The staff was friendly and helpful. The AC would need a set of instructions but the overall quality of the room was OK. What was good: Location Staff helpful and firendlyness What was ok: Interior Breakfast What could need improvment: Cleaning

I thought it was VERY inconvenient to not be able to expense meals/drinks/services to my room to have just one final bill. For business travelers, this implies needing to report and expense several bills instead of just one upon check-out. Second, the food quality at the restaurant was subpar, to say the least. Once, I ordered a medium/rare T-steak. It arrived overcooked, on a bed of BBQ sauce (WHY?!), and it was the hardest meat I'd eaten in years, it was very disappointing. Third, the spa. I booked a 50min massage at the hammam. While I was there, there were 2 teen guests talking very loud, yelling, clapping on the water recipients, etc. I had to tell them myself to please be quiet, while I was covered in foam (this should be done by the person delivering the massage at the first sign of noise and disrespect), yet they continued doing their own show. Fourth, when I left, I looked at the clock and the massage had finished after 32min, when I paid for 50min one. Fifth: The coffee machine at the buffet is old and delivers only water when you press the coffee-vanilla option, and for the rest of them it's an unsavory, watery diluted coffee. Totally not what you'd expect from this sort of hotel. The only good think I found during my stay were the premises, which are new and tidy. I don’t think I would come back.

Great hotel, nicely located, immaculately presented and clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and food selections. The new Gulf pool bar was also very nice with great service and drink selection.
