設施：齊全 洗衣機烘乾機 都有 咖啡機都有 衞生：乾淨 一進去 就很舒服 環境：良好 服務：服務的小姐姐 真的人很好 很耐心 由於我的房間空調開了2個多小時 一點熱風都沒有 小姐姐也是跟我們一起確認 後面給我們換了房間 還是比較人性化的服務 早餐也豐富 尤其是洗澡的水温 很穩定 不會忽冷忽熱 這一點 衹有這家酒店做到了 然後水流也大 房間設計 我也很喜歡 很不錯的體驗 早上起來 喊小姐姐現磨一杯咖啡 很好呀 真棒👍

彤彤和蘇比服務好，下次還會來住。 從一進門，前台就非常熱情給我們辦理入住，病並把我們帶到了電梯，房間設計的非常走心，整個房間以桔子為主題，連洗漱用品和牙膏都是橘子味的，床和沙發都非常軟，電視投屏非常方便，這是我住過第一家投屏不要VIP的酒店，衞浴乾濕分離，洗澡很舒服，房間裝修也特別仔細，細節處理的很到位，空調非常暖和，晚上不蓋被子都不冷，放門口的垃圾一會就被收拾掉了，去問樓道的阿姨要水和拖鞋之類的，阿姨非常熱情，點外賣什麼的都是機器人送上來，真的既安全又讓人感到驚奇，而且三樓有洗衣房，餐廳，健身房，真的很全面，最重要的就是服務！還是服務！晚上我們打電話向前台要拖鞋和紙，前台非常熱心地詢問我們需要水嗎，兩瓶夠嗎，還給我們貼心地拿袋子裝好，定製的袋紙子質量也非常好，可以反覆使用多次的那種，走的時候還給我們送了伴手禮，我真的懷疑它為什麼不是五星酒店🥰🥰🥰

這次住的非常不滿意，酒店住旅行團可以理解，但是整體服務都不行了，400塊一天的早餐還不如150塊的酒店，昨天早餐牛肉麪3口麪，今天讓多煮一點，結果煮的都是麪疙瘩。菜品也全部降低水平，素炒白菜，素炒生菜，素炒豆角，素炒油菜……開房時戴眼鏡的一個女前台説特意給的房間，結果洗衣房旁邊的？？房間也不大，新疆旅行一路 真的是房間最小的一家。唯一值得誇的是收拾房間的大姐，很熱心。
