此次新疆自駕遊感受最好的酒店！從前台姑娘到保安到客房服務員都是笑臉相迎，服務熱情；房間裝修設計和佈置都非常精細，很人性化，乾淨衞生；智能馬桶旁有放置殺菌衞生濕巾，很用心；早餐豐富，用餐環境好；酒店專用停車場，很方便！全5分好評！

理論:基本上算是無可挑剔的地方和服務了！ 優點: 1.有洗衣房，帶烘乾！ 2.早餐環境不錯，有咖啡機！ 3.會煎太陽蛋（很有一些酒店不會或者沒空的） 4.早餐湯粉湯麪酸湯停好的 5.寫字桌挺好用的 6.車場夠大，隨便停，隨時出，不用錄車牌！ 7.工作人員熱情有禮，無論前台接待，還是保安，特別是樓層啊姨！均能及時響應。 8.住客都挺安靜有禮貌的（不像某些老四星酒店，旅行團氾濫，吵吵鬧鬧），感覺是年輕人為主流！一家子出來的也是靜靜的！好像回到了國外旅遊的時光！ 瑕疵: 1.自動感應的燈，人在淋浴時間長了，會外面全黑！ 建議增加淋浴感應！ 2.早餐的西瓜，沒必要切到那麼白的（第一天）！第二天又正常了！ 3.洗衣房那對鞋放了兩天？？？是不是被住客放進去洗澡了？ 4.還是遇到洗衣房一個**住客姐姐，將兩台洗衣機都進行消毒清洗（別的人過來衹能乾瞪眼），另一個烘乾機也是她在用！同時，因為之前她的衣服已經洗完一個小時（另一個小姐姐親口證實），我問了她，説是出去吃飯了（哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈）。 5.智能馬桶其實衹是智能沖水，沒有沖洗的！這個好像是很多酒店都流行這種擦邊智能馬桶（個人認為是偽智能，可能是習慣問題），這個新疆一路走來，發覺被誤導的真多！衹有巴音布魯克的九重天是真智能！

在庫爾勒的新城這邊，旁邊有個市場，停車場大，停車方便，前台小姐姐們熱情又周到，不管多晚，有問必答，出門沒有烘乾完衣服，小姐姐們還幫忙收拾了起來，特別滿意，服務周到

入疆第一站就住的哈密錦江酒店，感覺不錯，所以吐魯番也住了錦江，接着庫爾勒也訂了錦江。對比起來庫爾勒的錦江就差遠了。哈密錦江酒店的房間的很新，前台也很熱情，設施設備齊備；吐魯番的也很不錯，贈送迎賓水果，早餐品種也豐富。庫爾勒的房間也還算大，但是房間裏配的東西很簡陋，迷你吧衹有一紅一綠的兩袋泡茶，衣帽櫃裏沒有浴袍、不配檫鞋布，衞生間的洗漱用品也很簡單，像普通招待所的感覺。早餐品種很簡單，管飽但沒有麪包牛奶水果之類的東西，服務員收餐具打掃衞生很慢，進來看見大部分餐桌上都是上批客人吃剩的殘渣和餐具，需要自己動手收拾。最讓人無語的是，訂的是標雙的房間，辦入住時跟前台説要兩張房卡，因為上樓需要刷卡才能上去，兩張房卡方便兩個人進出。但前台死活不給，一會兒説房卡不夠了，一會兒又説前台衹能授權一張房卡上樓開房門，再給一張卡前面的卡就作廢，標雙客人衹能一起同時進出酒店。第一次遇到這種規定，看來不是所有的聯鎖品牌店都是一樣的品質。

我是看到網上評價入住的，因為經常出差每天都是住酒店，看到攜程4.9分，看到**5分，就選擇了這家酒店，7月28號下午到了酒店停車場，保安就來車跟前看着，看到就心裏想這個保安會不會問我有沒有訂單，會不會問這問那這樣想心裏有點煩感，萬萬沒想到，主動問我有沒有行李，需要幫忙拿東西嗎，幫我拿了行李，一般保安是那種挺不苟言笑的，可是酒店保安那種面帶微笑，給我的感覺就像家人一樣的感覺，很温暖，進來酒店前台值班的是一個男孩，工號牌寫的馬恆，非常陽光，非常帥氣，非常專業的帥小夥，快速給我辦理入住，我一説就和我説明白，然後按我要求給我安排理想的房間，不知道有沒有記錯名字寫的馬...恆，非常專業然後旁邊的姑娘，很熱情主動介紹洗衣房，餐廳，咖啡廳，真正的如家哈哈哈甚至家裡都沒有感受到過這種温暖舒適感，上去以後，房間有個小小的問題，給前台反應了，迅速來了一個很漂亮的姐姐，好像是經理，不知道哪個區域經理，處理疑難問題能力非常棒，很不錯的體驗感，早餐也太豐富了，環境很乾凈，服務特別好，非常滿意 設施：特別好 衞生：特別好 環境：特別好 服務：超級好，非常好
