The staff are very friendly and very helpful, clean room good enough to stay a night or 2, quite and they have elevator, Yes I can recommend this hotel very center area close to mc donaldand fast food.

Booked for ₱1068. Sulit for its price. Just infront of Kcc Mall Marbel. Spacious standard room. Clean Cr with hair blower. Good amenities also from lobby to hallway to your room. Friendly well informed staff. They offer early check in of baggage. 10am promo early check in is not accurate here, instead they are 12noon. Still a good than 2pm. Got strong wifi too. Their snack or drinks in the lobby is kindy expensive or overpriced tho. Overall, good stay. Will book again if ever. Thanks 88 hotel!

Place was good since it is located infront of the KCC mall and Ace Mall. Theres also a lot of food and spa service outside the hotel. Also walking distance on all banks. But the aircon is not so cold.

Booked this hotel my first time a year ago , Same wifi is very weak , tipong may ka vc ka tas nawawala na lang bigla Yong wifi , I thought okay na , I booked again , Same pa din walang pinag bago 🤭 , But the room was cleaned , Location is really good , walking distance lang sa mga malls , Medyo maingay lang outside, Not sure if they can hear u making noise inside In you're room coz u can hear them walking , talking outside while your inside the room 🙈 Sabi dito sa apps I can have an early check in at 10 am onwards , dumating ako around 11:45am but hindi pa din ako Pina check in kasi 12 noon daw sa kanila .. yon lang 🤭

It was my first time to travel and stay in the City. The hotel was accommodating and convenient. And of course the customer service was superb! I will see you again soon 88!

Defective bidet, low water pressure shower, defective telephone

A bit small room but Worth the price. The room is clean but the shower heater in our room is not working. Should better if there is a fridge.

I think this is the only affordable hotel with elevator in Koronadal City. Location is great. Will definitely book again.

Hotel is in center of the Marbel city.. security guy's are very nice and help you whit everything.. everyone there..all staff they talk nice and they help whit everything..room are clean whit air conditioner and everything working properly..for sure I will come back at Eighty eight hotel

Nice and clean

No issuance of Official Receipt once booked online even if you stay for a work travel. Work around for Acknowledgement Receipt from my company as a proof- of stay and amount is disregarded due to there policy which causes me so much stressed.
