I appreciate your services ***** with comfirtable stay. Staff was very cooperative. I would like to stay next time. Thanks to all satff for good behavior. Also i would like to mention here specially for hygiene it was fantastic. Also food was very good.

The hotel location is not good. Staff are not helpful. Food quality is very bad . The rooms are not up to the mark. Very poor service and . It's a very bad impression for my family i will not recognise any one to this hotel. I really don't like this hotel.

Good service. Good food. Nice rooms conveniently located near the station. Pick up and drop facility to railway station is availabe. Courteous staff. Value for money comfortable mattress . overall a very good stay experience. Ideal for both family n solo stay.

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable really pleasant stat but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Breakfast was Awesome ☺️

Location of hotel is good. Food is also good. Staff behaviour is also good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. My stay was comfortable. I tried many hotels in kota but finally I found a good hotel with good food with best location. Really appreciate.

Over all good experience. Good thing that i have experienced Greetings culture "NAMASTE". Smooth Check In and check out process handled by the team. Also, welcome doing while check in. My dougher most liked that Good Night Card which is placed in the room by evening.

Service is really good. Staff is really attentive and loved their hospitality. Food is yum and healthy. As I am in kota now will keep coming for the food. My kids really enjoyed the kids special menu and it is value for money. Only part where I felt little bit lacking is washroom.

Lilac is the best choice in kota, Staff at front desk is very helpful,all other staff is also very friendly and cooperative. Food was really very good.all our request was fulfilled without any fuss.one day we were late of dinner but on one request they served us food in our room at 11:30 pm. Highly recommend it.
