the room was comfy and everything was pretty decent. the lobby looked really nice and had this old, vintage vibe that was eye pleasing larrr. service was okay and the staff were helpful and friendly. the only downside was the weak water pressure and there's no lift, but thats understandable since its an old building, and the staff helped with our stuff

This hotel near to the town, this also means it may be an old hotel. In pictures looks nice, but in reality seems quite old for me.

The staff are friendly and the room is super spacious. The views are also nice.

Location is A OK. Centre of Kota kinabalu. Parking isnt really free to be exact.

Great value, good location, efficient staff. The place has been renovated recently, they do provide breakfast as an alternate option if required but it will be sort of like a bento set menu. Will definitely come back again.
