Perfect location, everything is close by, the area is commercial and central, it's a great neighborhood. Impeccably clean. Comfortable facilities. There's a really nice, youthful atmosphere. They have games and simple breakfast snacks. They sell other inexpensive snacks that will be very useful for day tour. The service isn't particularly friendly, but it does the job.

This has been my fourth or fifth time here. Good news, they provide breakfast now! I had a slight misunderstanding during my booking where the staff mistakenly gave me a wrong key for my locker, but the staff is very quick to respond and rational to the situation. Keep it up. Show

I booked a 4-bed female dorm, and the room was clean and tidy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the duvet and pillows, which were super soft. The hostel staff provided excellent service – very polite and welcoming. The common area had comfortable sofas, free biscuits, toast, and coffee. Both the showers and toilets were spotless. My roommates were also wonderful. I was so satisfied with my stay that I extended it for another five nights. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!

Facilities: The toilets and showers are communal, mixed-gender, but there is a dedicated women's restroom. Cleanliness: Someone cleans thoroughly every day. Environment: It's located behind Gaya Street, about a five to six-minute walk to get there. The rooms have ventilation and air conditioning, while the common areas have fans and AC. There's also free cold and hot water, a refrigerator, and simple bread available for breakfast. Service: Check-in times are quite strict; Ctrip states 2:30 PM, but it's actually 3:00 PM.

The location is really good, right on Gaya Street. The hygiene is also pretty decent. Just a heads-up, keep a close eye on your wallet—my 100 MYR got stolen. Overall, it's still good. There are lots of local eateries nearby.

Pretty good. It was my first time staying in a mixed-gender dormitory, and everyone was very respectful of personal space.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and convenient for Gaya Street, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. However, the layout is a bit impractical; the toilet is too far from the 4-person room. Having to cross a public area to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night is really inconvenient. Everything else was acceptable.

Overall, it was okay. The only inconvenience was that there were no trash bags in the room, and since no one cleaned it during a longer stay, I had to bring my own trash bags and change them frequently. Also, I couldn't find a trash can downstairs.

I enjoyed my stay at the hostel. Super clean shower/toilets and comfy bed. The staff also very helpful and kind.

Overall it was good, but the water stopped working on the first night of our stay. The staff came to fix it immediately.

Great location located at the second floor of shop houses. Plenty choices of restaurants around. Small common area with a big table and large window overlooking green scenery opposite the road.

Stayed here with friends, it's very close to Jonker Street, with lots of restaurants nearby, making it convenient for sightseeing. The landlady was very nice and helped us resolve issues, and the front desk lady was also great. 👍🏻
