Generally ok. Spacious room. They provide clean towels, shower caps and sanitary bag. A roll of toilet tissue. Diluted hand soap. Iron, iron board and hair dryer. Spacious wardrobe. A safe box. 2 small bottle of drinking water. Can refill drinking water at the buffet area. The best part: free parking. Need to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. The hand soap is very diluted , I think they mixed it with water. The AC inside the room is leaking and got loud noise if the fan in high speed. The floor is a bit dusty. No slippers provided. And the shower area got mold. The sofa got old stained. Netflix not working. Wallpaper’s peeling.

Overall expricence is confortable and cosy. Good for families with children f you stay at big suites with 2 bedrooms. Value for money.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the facilities are complete. Check-in was quick, and the staff were very friendly. The room is beautifully decorated, the bathroom is clean, and all amenities are available. The price is reasonable for the quality offered. Highly recommended for both leisure trips and business stays.

Strategic location, reasonable price. This hotel offers good location, perhaps a bit tuck away from the shorefront but it’s only about 2km away from the famous waterfront and other famous landmark. The good side: nice size bed and kitchenette that comes with a suite room with a very affordable price. Courteous front counter staff. The not so good, the room and bathroom can do with a very good scrubbing and touch up. A few cleaning and paint job and help the room look more immaculate. Overall a good hotel if you are looking for a room to sleep for a reasonable price below 200 near the waterfront.

Short stay here. Spacious room with nice views facing the Mountain Kinabalu. Breakfast was simple but less tasty.

Good accommodation for stay with friend and families, staff friendly

need to do deep clean under the bed, sofa and others. receptionis terlampau banyak kecuaian. berulang kali tnya ada buat deposit ka tidak masa cek out sedangkan dah bagi resit deposit. also for breakfast already booking with breakfast tapi receptionis bagitahu tiada. kami suruh cek baru jmpa dlm sistem.

1. Late check in due to the room still under cleaning. 2. The Front Office staff was not really helpful as I ask something regarding the parking, the staff just don't want to answer the question. 3. Most of the gym facilities were broken and cannot be use. 4. The book menu in the room does not display the menu instead ask the customer to call for enquiries which will make the decision to order longer.

Very satisfied. Very spacious and clean. The view of the city was very beautiful but a bit noisy at night because it is near the main road. I suggest those who want to stay here if you have a sleep problem please request a room that is facing the other way. Water supply no problem. The aircond is good. Functioning really well. There is also a space for smoking and my husband was very satisfied with that facility because almost all hotels that we go to didn't provide this space. The staff at the counter was very quick giving a response. Will repeat going here again someday.

It's a pretty room but the room is not soundproof. I can hear the opposite room's children tantrum. But recommended for it's good view. I can see planes pass by the room

Not a good recommended hotel as under maintenance for the room but staff friendly and parking free.
