The bed very dirty, from the bedsheet, can see that the bed very dirty and seems got big blood stain on the bed, night time bed mites very very bad until we can't sleep, too itchy and cause skin sensitive. The room quite dusty too.

We stay one day, 2nd day we book again but in another room, but that room got bed mites, we can't sleep so we top up money and request to change back the same room, but then found that the house keeper did not change the bed sheet, same stain that we saw from 1st day... My goodness, so dirty...

Very good hotel close to the plaza everything you need around you and not far from Tanjung Aru beach and night market.

I love the fact that the location is far from traffic and it's peaceful, just a few minutes walk from the nearest Catholic church and schools. Since we love to watch TV to kill time, we were very disappointed with the TV. The remote controller was useless, not to mention the channels. Boredom filled us.

While the hotel has an older concept, which gives it a nostalgic charm, there are certain areas that need improvement. The most important factor for any hotel stay is cleanliness, and unfortunately, this is where the hotel falls short. The rooms could benefit from a more thorough cleaning and regular maintenance. While the basic amenities are there, attention to detail—such as spotless linens and well-kept bathrooms—is essential to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. It's clear that with a bit more care in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas, this hotel could offer a more pleasant experience.

I had book and transfer the full payment to this hotel at trip.com for 2 nights one day before my trip but i cannot check-in after 6pm..After that, I manage to call service counter ************Mr Teo, he said they didn't accept customer after 6pm and they did not have any online booking..I call the second number written in trip.com ***********, the lady said she at Kuala Lumpur and she don't know about condotel hotel.

The hotel is located in a small town in Kota Kinabalu. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach to watch the sunset. There are many delicious foods around. The boss is very nice and can speak Chinese. He personally drove us to the beach, to eat, and to the pier for island hopping. He waited for us for an hour to buy tickets at the pier. He saw us eating durian under the hotel and ordered mosquito coils. He introduced us how to play. He was very friendly to Chinese people. The drinks we got from the hotel were free and we could drink as much as we wanted. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. Full marks!

I really can't give it a good review. There were tons of ants indoors, on the bed and pillows. The drinking water was turned off at 6:30 PM. The indoor environment was old and worn. I don't recommend it.

There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, or hair dryers. There were bath towels, disposable soap, and shower gel. Wi-Fi was only available in the hotel lobby. I was sitting on the sofa in the second-floor corridor late at night trying to use the lobby's Wi-Fi, and after passing by the stairwell staff many times, they finally couldn't help but ask, "Can I help you?" The front desk and staff were very helpful. The room was quite large, with a four-person dining table and a vanity table with a mirror. The wardrobe was also very large, and there was even a refrigerator. The location was hard to find; every time I took a Grab taxi, the driver had to ask people nearby for directions. However, at 250 per night, it wasn't worth it. I currently stay in a very luxurious hotel in Johor Bahru for 298 per night, which would cost around 500 RMB per night in China.

Room Cleanliness: Clean Environment: Quiet Service: The hotel staff is a Chinese man. Honestly, we booked this hotel because of his warm and caring service. He made us feel at home. He often drove us for free and was incredibly kind. I read the reviews before booking, and he's very well-respected by Chinese people.

Close to the beach, Environment: OK

A one-star hotel shines brightly because of the boss's super five-star service. Just listen to the boss for hotels, supermarkets, tools for catching the sea, and travel guides. It's about a quarter of an hour's walk from the beach, and there are restaurants and supermarkets along the way. The three single beds met our rest needs, which was great! Want to stay a few more days
