Exactly same with the hotel post. No regret! I was surprised that the hotel room provided coffee machine. Love the room; love the design, great stay, this hotel is the best hotel I stayed until now.

Love the hotel designs and the location as it’s just walking distance to one of the premium shopping mall in KK - Imago Times Square.
The room was comfy and with bathtub as I booked for the fern room and upgraded to the emerald room. The room also came with complimentary capsule coffees & drip coffee. Highly recommended!

We love the ambience. Location wise is very good. Few minutes drive to airport. Shopping mall was just few minutes walking distance. There were flights flying above us, but it wasn’t as loud as what most people commented.

Requested for an early check-in and the friendly receptionists were so kind to allow me to do so because thankfully someone had checked out early. Was so lucky to get a free upgrade, thank you so much to the hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, many wall sockets available, and I absolutely love the gold furnishings that give a touch of luxury to the ambience of the room. The water pressure in the shower was great, and overall it was a fabulous experience. Just perfect for staycations.

Nice Hotel, has a lot of nice restaurants around and convenient stalls. The Luma was my first choice of stayed in Kota Kinabalu.

Had a perfect stay in Luma KK.
The room was clean, spacious, new.
Bed is super comfy!!!
Check in was smooth, friendly and helpful staffs.
Location was good
Opposite Imago shopping center, and there is conveniece store and restaurants at the same row of the hotel.
Highly recommend to stay here.
The only cons was there is loud noise banging door in the morning (guess coming from the room beside) and caused us awake.
