Location: easy to access with food restaurants- Imago Shopping malls Easy to communicate and fast response with the owner. Will come back again for next vacation at Kota Kinabalu. Nearest to the airport also.

It was a great stayed. The served is great. When we chat the person in charge about the air conditioner in the master badroom not funtioning, he came fast and repaired it. You can just ask everything with the PIC if needed, they will help.

The location is super close to the airport, with a mall downstairs and a sea view right across the street. The room was clean, no issues there. My only minor complaint is that the elevator for the parking garage is a bit of a walk from the individual units.

Good place

Great location next to a mall, with the beach on one side and plenty of restaurants downstairs. The bathroom had a leaky toilet and poor drainage, but the balcony was very convenient for drying clothes.

This is the best homestay. It's always clean. If I go to KK (Kota Kinabalu), I'll always stay here.

The listing said luggage storage was available, but on the day of check-out, they wouldn't let me store my bags. I had to go to a nearby plaza and pay for storage.

The facilities are worn out. The air con is not cold. The worst hotel I've ever stayed.

its a good place for short staycation

Good location and responsive owner. Suitable for a short stay. However, some features in the condo are a bit worn and could use some touch-up. Additionally, there was no floor mat in the bathroom.

The room is okay except for distinct smell when we first enter the apartment.
