The hotel’s location was amazing – only a few minutes walk from the main shopping mall and the most famous tourist spots.

The location is excellent, right downstairs from Suria Sabah Shopping Mall, and very close to Gaya Street, so it's not far from any of the attractions. The room was quite spacious and clean, but the hot water supply for the shower was really bad; even on full blast, it felt like it was only around 20 degrees Celsius. The breakfast selection was limited, and overall, the value for money was just average.

Right across from the Hyatt Centric, this hotel offers great value for money. It's located in the same building as a shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. The breakfast is just okay, but there was no extra charge for children under 1.3 meters.

I enjoyed the food and beverage in the hotel. Even has Senior discounts too. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is super spacious with a bathtub. Laundrette detergent has a lovely fragrance. 10/10 service. Stayed for five nights.Sin$100 good deal.

Seriously, avoid Room 209! We checked in at 2 AM, and the front desk didn't give us any heads-up. The moment we walked in, there was a strong durian smell! But we were too tired to argue, so we just slept. Then, at 6 AM, a loud rumbling started in the room, accompanied by vibrations! It happened every single minute! I initially thought it was planes landing since we were close to the airport, but after checking other reviews, no one else mentioned this issue. I asked the front desk, and they said it was due to cars entering and exiting the parking lot of the neighboring mall. ????! I don't even know what to say. The main point is, they clearly knew about this issue and that we needed sleep at that hour. If that's not discrimination, what is? I hope our country gets stronger and shuts this place down soon.

Very clean hotel. The best thing is that it's located in Suria shopping mall. Hotel breakfast was so good.

2nd floor’s rooms are very noisy because the mall’s carpark located in 4th floor. The dewatering pipe in the bathroom is clogged. There is a spider net at the corner of the ceiling.

everything is okay except your service at the front desk..i would like to suggest you need to improve your frontdesk how to entertaint your guest politely and showing more good manner..🤨

Second time staying here and we still enjoyed out stay at Grandis. One things i just need to addrrss. our bedsheet not properly set neatly.. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Such a wonderful place to stay. Nice and cozy. Even the rooms are spacious. The ambience is nice also. We booked a family room for our stay here.

This hotel was chosen for our company team-building trip. I booked a separate room and found that it gets very hot without the AC on, but when it's running, it's incredibly noisy with a loud buzzing sound. There's a supermarket nearby, but I'd recommend opting for a beachfront hotel instead.

Automated carpark was awesome and most of the staff were courteous and attentive. Room was clean and decorated beautifully, it was waste that i didnt choose to stay another night there as i had wanted try another hotel.

The breakfast is ok. The room is spacious but unfortunately it needs refurbishment. Parking is ok.
