Hotel 3 Bintang di Kota Setar

Lokasi yg sangatlah strategik, didalam bangunan ada cmart. Familymart, 7e, spa pun ada, kedai makan dll. Bilik ok ,selesa, tapi kecik sikit. Bathroom luas Bilik tak soundproof, boleh dengar bunyi org berjalan dan bercakap. Sedikit mengganggu. Kerana bunyi bising tambah² bika housekeeping buat kerja. Bunyi pintu pun terlalu kuat Parking space banyak , luas dan private

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I would consider this hotel as a budget hotel. For that category, this hotel is pretty good. Firstly, I like the location very much. It’s by the main street and just across the Lotus Hypermarket (formerly known as Tesco). There are many shops around it. In the evening, there are many stalls and food trucks that sell delicious street foods. You won’t go hungry here. The room size is decent and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. The room is clean. I would have given this at least a 4 star rating but I gave 3 star because of the following: - the shower water becomes stagnant because the flow was blocked or something. It took a long while before the water subsided. - getting a parking slot near the hotel during the day was quite a challenge because there are many popular shops there plus a major bank which customers took up most of the parking spaces. At night, the parking is quite empty. - that guy who was manning the front desk when I checked in was not friendly at all. Not sure what his problems were but being a customer facing staff, he should at least show a bit more pleasant personality. - there’s a sink right after you enter the room! It’s outside the bathroom. I don’t quite understand the logic of this room design. In summary, it’s decent hotel and the room rate is very reasonable esp if you book through their official website. There’s a supposedly 5-star hotel just next door. I have stayed there before. Given a choice, I would definitely stay at this Leverage Business hotel rather than the so-called 5 star hotel. It has it hits and misses but certainly value for money.

It's been long time I didn't write my review about my travelling activity. End of July I was staying with my husband and my toddler son.i don't mine if the hotel was old or else.however the service that the reception give so not called hotelier. The reception staff all are gentlemen,no politeness and happy to serve a guest. My room very clean and big.however the aroma when you open the room not nice.its smell so sticky. During night time there is no air conditioning.My kattle in room got problem we have report to them at reception but no action , I can't boil hot water to make my son milk.its need my husband come down at down stairs to take it by him self.the hotel staff not show that their wanted to help us. So for me even it's cheap but not worthy to stay if the staff not willing to help.

Bilik bersih, tandas juga bersih, kakitangan sangat ramah. Tempat letak kereta di tingkat bawah tanah tetapi jika penuh ada sisi lain untuk tempat letak kereta. Sangat dekat dengan Shopping Mall.

Lokasi tidak begitu dekat dengan bahagian utama bandar, tetapi Grab murah di Alor Setar. Pemandangan dari kolam renang menakjubkan, dan biliknya bersih dan luas.

The only problem is the shower water is not too hot, just a little warm. Otherwise good.

Lokasi hotel terletak di pusat bandar Alor Setar yang memudahkan perjalanan di sekitar bandar. Keseluruhan bilik OK tetapi terdapat sedikit bau apabila memasuki bilik. Perlu membuka tingkap untuk mengudarakan udara untuk mengurangkan bau. Disyorkan untuk perjalanan singkat terutamanya untuk kerja dan perniagaan. Sarapan paginya agak lazat dan terdapat banyak variasi makanan.

I’m glad I found this boutique hotel in Alor Setar, which given me the reason to stay overnight to enjoy this place. Located right at the Pekan Cina, a lovely Chinese town beside the river. This boutique hotel only have 5 rooms available, which transformed from an old shophouse. It has a very minimal interior retaining its heritage structure. There’s even a small pool at the rooftop overlooking the skyline of Alor Setar. The room I got was very spacious to move around. There’s TV, fridge and oil diffuser as well. I would say the toilet and shower room might not comfortable for friends or family, as it is an open concept without privacy. Even there’s curtain but it won’t cover fully. The shower tap wasn’t strong enough for me. Since it is transformed from old shophouse, the wood flooring will create lots of noise as you move around. And it doesn’t help when there’s people moving outside as well. You would hear it very clearly. If you drive, they provided complimentary parking at the front of the hotel. But it is limited to only 2 slots and depends on the availability.
