Arackal Inn

Room & bathroom was neat& clean. No hot water for bathing. Had to walk 1km to get a morning coffee.

Good atmosphere in the rooms. And staff are very friendly. Cleaned rooms. Everyone must stay the space

Reception behavior is not much good and the room was good. The building where easily view-able and nearest from kottayam town

1/5 - disappointing experience with rude staff i recently had the misfortune of staying at hotel arackal inn, and i must say, the staff's behavior was absolutely unacceptable. The room service was non-existent, and when i tried to order food from swiggy, the staff refused to send the delivery person to my room. When i requested them to send the food through their room boy, i was met with a blunt and rude response: "room service is not available, come down and collect your food yourself" this attitude from the staff is appalling and completely unacceptable. The lack of basic amenities and courteous service made my stay at hotel arackal inn a disaster. Very good stay, highly recommend for stay in kottayam. Budget friendly, neat and clean rooms. Best for solo travellers

The stay was very pleasant, the staffs were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Overall it was an amazing stay.
