Location is excellent near the central train and bus station. The old town and Royal Castle are also within walking distance. Spacious room with washing machine.

Good location. The room in general was fine with a small terrace and air conditioning. The mattress was comfortable. The bathroom would be better with a shower tray because the bathtub was very high and uncomfortable. It has a small kitchen that doesn't have a microwave. The apartment could do with a modernization.

It is difficult to find the entrance of the hotel and the reservation but it is very good in terms of cleanliness and location. It was very easy to reach everywhere and the comfort of the room was very nice. If you want it to be central and comfortable, you can choose this place.

They gave me a map when I checked in, but it was still really hard to find the room. It was right by the road, and the noise kept me awake all night. It just got louder and louder towards the morning. The room was spacious, but the noise issue made it impossible to get any rest.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the train station and close to all the attractions. The room is cozy with a living room, bedroom, and a well-equipped kitchen.

It's a self-check-in hotel, but the hotel will send you all the necessary information via email, so you can check in without any problems. It's about a 10-minute walk from Krakow Station, so access to tourist spots like Old Town is very good. The hotel is very clean. There is a kitchen so you can cook your own meals.

Everything is perfect except the AC is dripping 🥲 love the location and the brand new furniture. Even the kitchen utensils are so new!!

While the two buildings are quite easy to spot, the unit I was assigned was not the one I had booked. To complicate matters further, the check-in email was entirely in Polish, making the process unnecessarily difficult. On top of that, there was a small issue with the washing machine, and I found their service attitude to be quite unsatisfactory.

We arrived after normal operating hours, but check-in was seamless as the apartment key was securely stored in a lockbox right outside the door. The location is excellent, being very close to both the train station and popular attractions, which is perfect for a short visit. Cleanliness was satisfactory, and communication from the host was excellent.

Difficult to find. Went to the wrong location and was only redirected to the correct location after calling the concierge. You have to open the lock outside the door to retrieve the key. I was told that I had to find my own luggage storage after checking out and it was problematic. Most hotels would have a luggage room, but this one apparently does not have.

I booked this because the facilities looked good, but I was shocked to find mold in the shower booth. If only the cleanliness were improved, it would be a sufficiently good value hotel!

This hotel has a system in place where check-in instructions are sent by email in advance, but I never received them, and when I arrived, I was completely confused and had no idea how to enter my room. The hotel insisted that they had sent it, and even when I called, I was unable to explain the situation to them properly, as I am not good at English, and I was truly at a loss. Eventually, I was able to explain the situation to a staff member at a nearby restaurant, who acted as an interpreter, and I was finally able to enter. However, I ended up waiting outside for about five hours in the middle of winter in Krakow, an experience I will never forget. The room itself was very clean, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable, so if it weren't for that initial issue, I think it would have been a truly wonderful stay.
