It's a self-check-in hotel, but the hotel will send you all the necessary information via email, so you can check in without any problems. It's about a 10-minute walk from Krakow Station, so access to tourist spots like Old Town is very good. The hotel is very clean. There is a kitchen so you can cook your own meals.

Everything is perfect except the AC is dripping 🥲 love the location and the brand new furniture. Even the kitchen utensils are so new!!

While the two buildings are quite easy to spot, the unit I was assigned was not the one I had booked. To complicate matters further, the check-in email was entirely in Polish, making the process unnecessarily difficult. On top of that, there was a small issue with the washing machine, and I found their service attitude to be quite unsatisfactory.

We arrived after normal operating hours, but check-in was seamless as the apartment key was securely stored in a lockbox right outside the door. The location is excellent, being very close to both the train station and popular attractions, which is perfect for a short visit. Cleanliness was satisfactory, and communication from the host was excellent.

Difficult to find. Went to the wrong location and was only redirected to the correct location after calling the concierge. You have to open the lock outside the door to retrieve the key. I was told that I had to find my own luggage storage after checking out and it was problematic. Most hotels would have a luggage room, but this one apparently does not have.

Value for money. Perfect location close to the train station. I would stay there again.

Serviced apartment, customer service staff are very helpful in answering questions via WhatsApp. It has a kitchen and air conditioning, is located near the train station, is very quiet, and comes with breakfast.

The apartment was quite average, but very close to the train station, which is a big plus. It was clean, but it's a classic micro-studio. It's fine for a night or two.

The cleanliness and location are great, but even though we stayed for 3 nights, there were only 2 nights' worth of bath towels provided and there was not much toilet paper provided. And what about the lack of a toilet paper holder?

The accommodation is not far from the train station, just a five-minute walk away. Daily necessities are only distributed upon check-in, and supplies were provided once after feedback. The property will not provide daily cleaning services.

This is an incredibly great apartment. I chose the balcony room and it was a place I wanted to live in for a month. However, to get the key, you have to run into the apartment or call the phone yourself, but there was no such information, so I was very lost after arriving. If I go to Krakow again, I will definitely stay here.
