Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w centrum Kazimierza. Miła obsługa. Standard ok. Materac mógłby być wygodniejszy. Zarezerwowałbym ponownie

沒有電梯，不過服務員回幫忙拎箱子到房間。周邊很方便，日常用品超市，中餐館、日料店，徒步去中央廣場、瓦維爾城堡都可以。

Perfect position, friendly helpful staff, basic but clean bed room. Excellent value for money. The restaurant and bar were equally as good and very reasonable prices. Lovely breakfast lots of choice and staff are very attentive. We had a triple room as we are 3 women and family!

Amazing breakfast. Zuza was so welcoming at breakfast worth her weight in gold. The location was perfect. Comfy bed but no pillow or mattress protectors. I asked a member of the housekeepers team and she said they didn’t have them. She did offer a couple of pillowcases which I did use. The fridge didn’t get cold. This needs looking at in room 7. I would recommend this hotel. The reception team were very helpful.

The location for getting around Krakow is good, but for me that’s where the plaudits end. We stayed in Room 6, which is a very spacious room, filled with absolutely nothing apart from a TV that doesn’t work, a mirror that’s oddly placed and a small double bed in the corner of the room. Firstly, it’s like an absolute sauna in there, the air conditioning system is off, so you just have to live with it. Open the windows you may think, that would be great, but even with them closed, you can hear EVERYTHING from outside as it already is. There is a 24hr Carrefour directly opposite the hotel, which on each night of our 3 night stay, we was woken at all hours of the night by people singing and shouting. We went for a break away from home, but I think I had less sleep here than I ever have anywhere!! The WiFi isn’t that great, there isn’t any plug sockets near any mirrors, the pillows aren’t really pillows and the curtains do not cover the windows, which also makes sleeping difficult, as all the lights shine in. Overall an awful experience at this hotel, Krakow is lovely, but honestly stay elsewhere. If you can get 3 words out of anybody who works there, you should probably get some sort of medal.
