It is perfectly located at about five minutes from the old town. There is a tram stop at only 50 meters so arrival from the airport is very convenient, changing only once. The train station is also very close, as well as the main shopping center. There is everything that you need, especially for a short stay. The breakfast was really amazing, including a lot of options, while being of good quality. I have to stress very nice coffee, which is hard to find even in much expensive hotels. The price was perfect for everything that you get.

It's an old hotel, with an old lift, and traditional door keys... And no AC. The electric plug adapter didn't fit well with my adapter from anyway, and so I had to continuously alternate between sweating and having my phone charged. The location is very good, though. I guess this is authentic old school Krakow, and you could do a lot worse...

It’s a decent hotel for its price with delicious breakfast and convenient location. Staff is welcoming and friendly. There’s a safe at the reception if you need it. Room has all kinds of cutleries, pots and pans, and a little stove which makes it suitable for cooking your own food. But in the room there’s no toothbrush and toothpaste as well as slippers. Also shampoo and shower gel is like all-in-one, so make sure to bring your own toiletries. The other good thing is that water can be taken at the reception or in a breakfast room if you run out of that you were provided with. I enjoyed my stay and definitely can recommend this hotel

The rooms are not good and the floor makes creaky sound in the room at all time. The rooms were not clean and we fell sick after our visit to this place. The building is really old and the breakfast was terrible with little to no options. The wifi is really weak and none of out phones had network so we struggled with internet. Overall not a good experience in terms of facilities, hygiene or quality of the rooms. Do not recommend this for future stays.

Very good location, walking distance to Main Square. Kind personnel. Rooms are very clean. Tasty breakfast. Always glad to be back.

Perfect central location in a classic, old Krakow style house, super friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Great value for money. The bed was super comfortable as well!

Lovely hotel close to the main train station. It's also nearby the market and a lot of convenience stores. Easy to get around. It can get quite noisy at night though. Breakfast is good.
