Location is very strategic and superb, close to railway station and also to the old town Room is clean and spacious Breakfast is nice and lots of varieties Top notch hotel!

And now, 2.5 years later, I returned to this wonderful original hotel. Rich breakfast, convenient location, friendly staff, large room with fridge and kettle. I hope to come back here again.

Good hotel with an older charm. It’s next to the main train station in Krakow and a less than 5 minute walk into the centre of old town. The breakfast is nice, only issue is it is right next to a busy tram stop and they’re a bit loud if you want to leave the window open at night other than that enjoyed my stay.

Quirky hotel, not to my taste. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Front hotel man was lovely

The staying is comfortable , starting with the warm welcome of the front desk . Love the decoration of the hotel , it’s giving European royalties vibes .

It was a wonderful hotel. Cleanliness is very good. Also furniture is so beautiful and European. I wanna recommend this hotel to friends and wanna stay again.

Solid hotel which is close to the city center. The interior is older but kept well. The bed was good. Free WIFI was there, on site parking in the courtyard. Breakfast had very tasty scrambled eggs. Not obercooked. Good hotel for my overnight roadtrip stay.

What an excellent hotel with a warm historic ambience and lovely staff. I loved the special antique decor and dark wood. Good place to stay if you don’t know where you are as it’s very central-a short walk to the main historic square and a short walk to the modern three-story shopping mall—Galleria Krakova I think it’s called. There are trams right outside. Take them. If you get lost, use the Bolt App and order a taxi. There are even a few goldfish in the back beer garden with big umbrellas which must be festive in the warmer months. There’s a lift. My room was spacious with high ceilings. The bed was big and comfy. There was also a sofa, desk, plenty of hanging space, 🧥 fridge and kettle with coffee/tea options - very handy. The assorted breakfast buffet was divine. So much to choose from: 🍵 , ☕️ 🍊 🍏 🍪 🍳 🥓 🧀 🫕 🥗 🥣 🧁 🥛 🧃 The staff were all very kind and helpful. The in-house masseur gave me a very good massage. The reception staff helped me pronounce Chocholowski which sounds like Hoho Woof Ski so just picture Santa and a dog skiing to get to the spa in the Tatra Mountains. Something for next time. It leaves you with a good feeling to stay here. 🌞🧳🌞

Excellent room and service. In the center of the city.

It seems to be a hotel that renovated an old but charming building. The courtyard was filled with indoor plants, and the staff were very friendly. When I returned to the hotel the next day, the door was closed, but when I rang the intercom, they came out to open the door. Coffee, water, and carbonated water are provided free of charge in the room. The shampoo and body soap in the bathroom are the same, and there is no treatment. It was a little disappointing that there was a lot of dust on the floor, but even with that negative point in mind, it was a very satisfying hotel.

Close to Central Station. Close to tourist attractions. Check in and check out process is very fast. Spacious and Comfortable Room. Standard breakfast.

The old hotel from 1884 is well maintained and full of antiques. It's quite nice.
