"The hotel is right next to the Krakow Eye. Navigate to HALA FORUM. The parking fee is 60 zlotys a day. Navigate to Hilton Garden Inn. There are public parking spaces on the roadside. The fee is 4 zlotys per hour from 10:00 to 20:00 (coins only). Free parking during non-charging hours. It is not far from the hotel on foot. The hotel has complete facilities. The only drawback is that there are many steps to drag the luggage onto the boat. In addition, there are many mosquitoes in the river!"

"My stay this time was a bit unexpected, leading to a really poor hotel experience. On my first night, at 1:30 AM, an alarm blared loudly in my room, accompanied by a man's voice on the intercom, lasting for about 5 minutes. I was in a deep sleep and was so startled that my heart felt like it was going to jump out of my chest. The next day, I asked the front desk, and they said someone smoking triggered the alarm. But why did it go off in my room? Or did it go off in every room in the hotel? Although they apologized, nothing was really resolved. This left me feeling like I just had to accept my bad luck, which was a terrible feeling."

"We stayed at Hotel Ferreus Modern Art Deco for the second time, and once again it was a very enjoyable stay. The location is excellent: close enough to walk into the city center, but far enough away to remain quiet and peaceful. There is also a Nero Coffee nearby, which is very convenient for an early coffee as it opens around 6:30/7:00 a.m. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was fantastic. There was plenty of space, enough chairs, and a proper desk. The skylight was a particularly nice touch and brought a lot of natural light into the room. The beds were comfortably firm, although we would appreciate slightly firmer pillows as the standard option. The bathroom was another highlight, with a Japanese-style toilet seat, a spacious walk-in shower, and a very useful night light. The underground parking garage is quite small, but it is clean and well maintained. Overall, a great hotel with thoughtful details, comfortable rooms, and a very good location. Having chosen it for a second stay already says a lot — we would happily return again."

It is especially worth mentioning that from the time we checked in at midnight to the time we checked out three days later, the front desk service was warm and considerate from beginning to end, and they responded to all our requests! The daily cleaning of the room was extremely clean and tidy. Because of this hotel, I will like Krakow even more. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will definitely choose to stay here. Definitely recommended!"

Specially impressed is the historical environment – the building sprays a very special charm and declines from ordinary hotels. The rooms were very clean, well equipped and thanks to air conditioning, also at summer temperatures pleasantly cool. A tram stop is conveniently located right across from the hotel, making it easy to explore the old town centre. Alternatively, it’s about a 25–30 minute walk if you prefer to stroll into town. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and peaceful, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"We had a great stay at the Pollera. Many of the 4 or 5 star hotels we looked at were lovely but after some research we realised the Pollera was in an equally great location, maybe 1 to 2 minutes walk away from such hotels, but way cheaper! The hotel is in traditional Polish style which we really enjoyed. The rooms were large and comfortable and had everything we needed. We slept well and had zero issues. The staff were very helpful and kind too! We did not have breakfast at the property as we noticed there were many cafes and bakeries nearby and this worked better for us. As mentioned though, the location was the real draw! We were a 3 minute walk (if that) away from the main square and a similar walk away from what seemed to be the main high street. The hotel is around 20 minutes from the airport and cost us PLN 80 in an uber. Other than that journey, we were pretty much able to walk everywhere. Any trips we went on picked up from a location that was a 7 minute walk away too. Overall, a great hotel with traditional charm. Great value for money!"
