This is not your typical review. Much must be revealed about our experience. We have never been anywhere in the world where the entire staff made every day very special. If you are inclined to make friends with a hotel staff this is the place with open arms. The hotel was magnificent along with accommodations, the Gavi Restaurant should qualify for a Michelin Star, so should the bedding and pillows,but again, it was the staff that truly made our stay. These are our friends; the receptionists are Zofia,Weronika Natalie,Ilona,Rafal,Michal. The bellboys are Michal,Dominik,Wojciech,Jakob,Max Breakfast staff,Claudia,Gabrysia,Joanna The extraordinary Gavi restaurant Staff includes Krzysztof,Manu and the Third level Sommelier Mateusz. Yes they have the Wine Spectator Award for excellence the last three years. If you wish for the ultimate in enjoyment and relaxation Bachleda Luxury Hotel is the place. From the moment the doors opened on their own for our entry we were immersed in the luxury and warmth of this hotel. It was beyond expectations! It’s hard to sum up what a great place and experience this was. We are a family of three, one thirteen year old. We had a junior suite that had a wonderfully comfortable trundle bed in a giant armoire that was perfect. There was a mini-bar, a great sitting area and a bathroom that will ruin every other bathroom for me the rest of my life. A giant rain shower, a tub built for two all surrounded by gorgeous marble. Amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water. Radiant heat on the stone floor in the bathroom that was so pleasing to cold toes. The closet is huge. Nice desk. Plenty of storage for all of us. Staff is exceptional. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was the best meal and wine we had all week. It was superb. It’s spotless. The pool/ sauna/ wet and dry and salt chamber are the most amazing places to spend time in after being in the cold. The massage was GREAT. The value of this hotel is amazing. I would return to Krakow just to go to this hotel again. Some complain of the lighting. I say they are crazy. It’s unique and clever. If you want lights like in a Holiday Inn, go to a Holiday Inn. The design of this hotel is masterful. There is gym equipment and again, spotless changing rooms with showers, towels, lovely lotions and potions. Go to the sixth floor to see the view. Its steps away from the main square. Location can’t be beat. It’s quiet, serene and worth every penny. Include breakfast with your room, you will be so happy. We have never had breakfasts like these. Everything you could possibly want. Including made to order hot cereal and egg dishes.

I prefer staying at this brand when I travel. Compared to the resort in Warsaw, it presented itself much better in all chapters. The hotel is very well located near the Central Station and the Old Center of the city. The staff is extremely kind and attentive to customer requests. The breakfast is substantial, generous and varied. The menu of the day offered at lunch was a very good idea, carefully selected and at a reasonable price. The heating of the room did not work, which generated some discomfort, given that the outside temperature dropped below 0 degrees during the night.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location for our needs. Clean, modern room with a spacious bathroom. Situated by the Vistula River which provides ideal walking opportunities. The main bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and a local supermarket is slightly over 5 minutes away. Will happily stay here again when we next visit Krakow.

This hotel is located in a quiet area about a 10 min walk of the main square. The rooms are a fair size with a hairdryer, tea, coffee facilities, large shower etc. It was snowing and very cold on our visit but the hotel was warm. I had a room at the top of the hotel and there were no windows, just 2 skylights which as it was snowing the whole time we were there made the room very dark. However as I wasn’t in it much this was no big deal. It’s a small hotel, with no lounge or bar. Breakfast is served in the basement and is ok but nothing to write home about. It all feels rather cramped. Staff were pleasant enough. If you are looking for a budget hotel and intend to be out most of the time this is fine. There is a really nice cafe linked to another hotel on the corner that does a good looking hot breakfast as an alternative to the hotel breakfast .

We needed a calm budget place where would be possible to rest and to see Krakow a little bit because our plans changed every day. We have found this hotel and stayed here for 4 nights. The room with own toilet and shower, windows to the calm small street. The small kitchen with everything that we needed for fast cooking is next to the room Guest rooms on Cibulskogo - it is a great location: everything is in a few minutes of walking: the main square and the Castle across the nice city park. As well as shops, cafes and main city railway station are close to the hotel. But the most important in this hotel is - the people who work there. They touched our hearts when cared about us like beloved kids. A huge thank you Pawel, Domenik, Patricia, and Julia; we have only the best wishes for you.

Within walking distance to krakow centre also delicious bakers and coffee shops on route about 10/15mins walk weather was fantastic plenty to see and do taxis very cheap and also the beer.done Auchwitz tour had excellent guide there was about 14 of us.would say do it on a much cooler day.it was 36degrees last month on day of tour .glad a did it .to actually be there is on a completely different level.the polish people very nice and helpful when a got bit lost one day.visit the Jewish headquarters and sample the local food the cakes delicious had fab time would go back 😁

We stayed at the Hotel Logos in the old town of Krakow for our four day trip in October. We were welcomed by Beata on arrival who gave us a very pleasant and informative welcoming. The hotel is well positioned within Krakow with a ten minute stroll up to the main square in town. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very polite indeed. Our room had all the items required if needed, ie hairdryer, iron, tea and coffee making facilities and even a small sewing kit. The bed was very comfortable and noise levels were low, considering we overlooked the street outside. We had a late check out when we left and our bags were stored for us so we could spend the day sightseeing without worry. Beata was on reception again when we left and made our departure hassle free, if somewhat sad at leaving. Krakow is a fantastic place to visit and staying at the Logos certainly helped us enjoy our trip. Would I stay there again? Most definitely yes. Thank you.

Very modern and stylish hotel just 5-10 minutes walking from the main square in Old Town. Room was beautiful, large TV, bathroom absolutely spotless we didn’t want to touch anything in case we got finger marks on the shiny chrome fittings 😬 Good breakfast, the reception and catering staff were friendly and really helpful. Definitely will be our first choice on our next visit.
