Amazing hotel in an amazing location! Great breakfast, rooms really nice, we booked one with a pool (very good mattresses and pillows) and very helpful staff. QURIO is also great, don't miss it! Lovely beach as well. Hope to have the chance to return soon!

Starting from the guest-relations team: Ana, she was very helpful and kind starting our hotel experience in a good and pleasant manner. The room throughout the three days that we stayed was maintained by the housekeeping staff to the utmost standards of cleanliness, which made for an overall pleasant stay. The SPA; however, was the icing on the cake. The SPA manager Imge’s personalized service, friendliness and overall deep knowledge of the wellness industry really made our stay an unforgettable one. Especially, the massage was wonderful. She truly was the star of the show for us and really made our stay great, she is truly remarkable. However, the only reason why I am putting 4 stars instead of 5, is due to F&B service being extremely slow, this has to be fixed. Service-flow definitely has to be further tuned for this beautiful place to get 5 stars. Overall, the GM was also very kind and the whole front office team as well when our safe box misfunctioned and they immediately sent a technician to fix it.

Stayed there for a week end getaway. the staff was very friendly. the room had a private pool and was very spacious but would be perhaps nicer to have a bit more privacy when staying in the pool area since the partitions separating the rooms next to ours had gaps and you could see the people next door like they could see you. In our case the rooms next to us were vacant. The F&B outlets had very tasty food. The pool was clean. The sea is suitable for kids of young age.

We are coming 2nd consecutive years with our two boys and everything is amazing in this hotel. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Their staff are more than a 5 stars, very friendly and trying to help with any inquiries especially George,Iliad, Christopher and Nico from the water sports. We really enjoyed and definitely we will come again next year.

We spent the day at Nikki Beach pool and restaurant. It was a Saturday so advertised as an event. The DJ came on for about an hour, perhaps blew up the speakers and then disappeared for the rest of the day. A patron had to bring his Sonos and set it up by the bar. We still got charged full price to be there though. We ate lunch in the restaurant. My €26 salad was the tiniest salad I’ve ever seen. All in all a pretty disappointing experience. Worst experience in our 3 week stay in Porto heli.

We depart today after 5 night : great location , great beach , great big rooms with all facilities, great crew , great breakfast , great roof top . great in all . We came 2 family with cars and enjoyed a lot , Hotel stuff are extremely efficient and help in all needs, from hotel services , restaurants recommendations and site seeing .

Went to Nikki Beach and had the most amazing experience. Went to the rooftop restaurant call Qurio. Service was amazing food always excellent. Had drinks, appetizers, and dessert to die for. Very clean and gorgeous space. Dora was a very gracious hostess and I got to meet Chef Nikos our compliments to you!! You have to visit and watch the sunset!!!Every time I visit Porto Heli, it’s one of my destinations.

Over rated food. Very expensive for the offered quantity. We ordered tapas but as it sees only the name referred to tapas. They brought us a little piece of pork. Drinks were awful. For a five star hotel the expectations are too far from this.

We booked a 930pm table for 4 at the “pop up”Dolce Vita” and arrived 10 minutes early. We were seated initially at a 4 top inside with no view and were quickly moved to a larger 8 top. We ordered a variety of drinks, appetizers and entrees - so far so good; most were decent, drinks were ok if not exactly what was ordered. Mains came out staggered and a Medium Rare Rib Eye came out almost beyond well done. The plate was returned and the waiter responded that “if it is wrong we will bring a new one.” This somewhat marked the beginning of the end. A proper medium rare Rib Eye was delivered 15 minutes later though the others had largely finished. At 1100 the plates were partially cleared, most without incident and at 1110 we asked our server, busy removing the monogrammed “Dolce Vita” director’s chairs upper supports, to order desert. The astonishing reply was that the kitchen had closed, despite the restaurant being populated by at a minimum 24 other diners! No one (not the reservations agent who took a 930 rez., not the host who seated us nor any staff during our meal) had indicated that this kitchen would close at 1100pm, in Greece, on Saturday night! Furthermore on offer were only 3 items: Tiramisu, Gelatos and fresh fruit - nothing requiring more than a spoon and a plate! Several staff were visible in the kitchen area and our server left to confer with them, returning promptly to apologize that the kitchen was closed. We asked for the check, paid and left. While the staff were young and inexperienced the true fault lies with management. Inexcusable lapses in training, a comically gimmicky “pop up” restaurant concept, and an unadvertised closing time (before most Greeks have even gone out for dinner)! Nikki Beach has folded several restaurants at this property over the years - perhaps they should fold their entire operation!
