What an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil ,
The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon
I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone

We stayed 6 days, came from Türkiye. Rooms are very clean and tidy. 2 adults and 1 kid can stay normal room. Small sofa located in room for kid. Beds are comfortable and soft. Towels have been changed everyday, bed sheets have been changed every other days. They gave beach towels. Hotel is new, good location, breakfast delicious and tasty. Staffs are very kindly and friendly. Family hotel. No car park problem, air condition is good working. Bar is located, no restorant. You can walk from hotel to beach of ksmail 5-10minutes. They advised special beaches, restorant, historical places and you can trust this advised. Especially, Mrs. Erica and Mrs. Seva are absolutely friendly and kind statf. They helped for everything and gave info about ksmail and around. Hotel should be supported their efforts for improving hotel's quality. Prices are not expensive. If we come again ksmail, exactly we will stay Area hotel.

This gorgeous little boutique hotel was beyond our expectations. Spotlessly clean, modern rooms. Amazing breakfast, but what makes a good hotel is the staff, and they excelled at customer service, kind, informative, and super helpful. Thank you again for helping when our hire car had a flat battery 🙏🏻 Highly recommend.

Great stay. Exceptional friendly and detail oriented service. The facilities are very modern and sparkling clean. Best breakfast we had in Albania, (far superior to the larger hotels we stayed at) especially the homemade cakes! We got the bus in from Sarande and the bus stop was right next to the hotel. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Ksamil. We were there in September and the beaches were busy but still enjoyable.

Great little hotel close to the beach and restaurants with lovely staff and even toys for kids. Great little swimming pool to cool off. Close enough to all but without the noise at night. Would recommend!

Exceptional service. Both Miki and Erta at the reception were super attentive and were happy to give local recommendations. Family owned place with breakfast buffet and the room & bathroom were of a high standard.

The hotel was great, very clean and the staff and the owners were really kind and helpful, they tried to help all the time, the location is perfect, quiet and you can access all the beaches from there. 100 % recommended, definitely will be back there.
