Not the place for us. There is limited - if any - front desk service. We arrived at 5PM to find our assigned room after a bit of a struggle with another friendly tourist. The balcony door was jammed and the bathroom floor was wet with a nearby mop bucket. The wifi was also poor. We opted to stay elsewhere and had extreme difficulty changing our reservation, given the lack of staff. The late night gentleman had no idea how to adjust the reservation nor could he provide us with contact information for the management. Summary - no Toiletries provided in bathroom - balcony door jammed, unable to close properly - no front desk service after 4pm - aided by another tourist who called a manager, presumably at home - wet bathroom floor, dirty mop in corner of room

As soon as we arrived the manager didn't understand the fact that we were going out on the 29th night and wanted to make us pay another day more because for her the 29th night meant the 30th. Having clarified this fact after making her think for about 20 minutes everything is fine. Very superficial cleaning of the room (it is """cleaned""" every 2 days). It does not provide shampoo or shower gel but only hand soap. We didn't even find a bottle of water in the fridge, which had just been turned on and was leaking. If you decide to shower at night or early in the morning you can only shower cold. All in all we adapted and she is very helpful, despite small details to review. Good price quality.
