The hotel.was very clean, good.price and comfy beds. Pillows also really.good.

the accommodation was alright. however there is no washing machine for an executive room and also do not have the traveller adapter. so far, guest service is good.

For casual travellers with no special demands, this hotel will suffice. However, it appears that hotel management is trying hard to save dimes. Rooms have insufficient light [I had to drag a bed light to the working desk to see anything...]. There were several other minor issues [key to room did not work for a while, no clothes hangers in cupboard, no safety box and so on], which are - I guess - nuisances, but not a big problem. However, attentiveness to small things should be top priority for any hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is supposed to be a new structure, however it is already decaying very fast. We booked a "deluxe room" in order to have more space and better upkeeping. The carpet in the hall is stuffy and dusty. As per the room, it is mostlikely not cleaned since the opening of the hotel (see pictures). The shelves of the wardrobe were so dirty that triggered some allergic reaction. The floor on the entrance of the room has numerous old stains, since we could not believe our eyes we thought for a a few seconds they might be some sort of artistic patterns in the tiles. Breakfast is served in a corner of the mall on dirty tables. Choice is limited and not really appealing. The personnel was nice, however the structure is extremely poorly managed. The only possible advise is to avoid staying there.
