Ulasan Hotel Sentral Kuantan @ Riverview City Centre

The location is very convenient, situated close to the city centre, public amenities, as well as a wide variety of eateries and nearby attractions. The rooms are neat, clean, and comfortable—suitable for both business trips and short family getaways. The staff are friendly and professional, with a smooth and efficient check-in process. In terms of pricing, it is reasonable and well worth the facilities provided, making it an ideal choice for short stays or transit.

1. The bathroom floor is too slippery when wet. I almost fell off. 2. Parking is on open area no shade but guarded. You can also parked by the road side 3. Room is big and spacious. But the wall socket plug is too far from the bed. If you want to charge up ur device. Need to leave it far from you. 4. Breakfast not so many variation. No so many option to choose. For the taste it is average nothing extra.

We went as a family of 3. The room was nice. Very convenient for family trip coz the hotel provided breakfast too..and not forgetting their designated parking spaces at the back area of the hotel. We didn't have to pay extra parking fee. The location is very close to Kuantan city centre's attractions. At night, we went to explore the mural arts..awesome..we met malay, chinese & indian families..we helped each other to take photos..had good laughed too! We also went to the food festival near Benteng @ Sg Kuantan area close to menara 118. Loads of food choices there too. Spoilt for choice as there were lots of eateries to go to but unfortunately not enough time. Kuantan we will be back sooner or later.

Not so good experience. 1 Big cockroach inside my room, the toilet ceiling was leaking too.

The hotel room is just ok. AC not so cold. Hotel Staff hotel is helpful n friendly. Parking free provided by the hotel just at the back of the hotel. Breakfast just ok. Easy to get food n drink by walking distance.

It’s a budget hotel which is located by the river. The location is very convenient with just a short walk away from the riverfront and mural art street. Hotel is clean but the interior is quite old and the sheets  do have some stain. The breakfast was decent given its cheap price.

Good hotel for last minute booking. Value for money. Next time will come again to stay here as its location is strategic at the down town. recommended.

There was a great stay for the first time, everything was nearly perfect. Maybe can be improved if the hotel can provide sajadah for muslim who stay in this place.

The hairdryer inside the bathroom is not working, and the overall facilities looks run down However, the cleanliness of the bed is acceptable and overall is ok for a short stay
