Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) We had a lovely stay at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and welcoming, making it the perfect retreat in the middle of the city. The biggest plus is the location! It was directly connected to Pavilion Mall, which makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and gave us the restful break we needed. Overall, this was a wonderful experience for both my wife and me. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

Right from the start, Farhana at reception made me feel genuinely welcomed. She was warm, professional, and so friendly—it felt like I was being greeted by someone who truly cared. Although I had a small issue with my room (which was resolved by someone else), Farhana’s kindness and the way she carried herself made the issue feel minor. Her presence and the great first impression she gave really set the tone for my entire stay. At the restaurant, Raynalin and Halim were equally amazing. They were attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at just the right time and offering thoughtful recommendations. I felt so well taken care of—like they really wanted me to enjoy my meal and have a peaceful experience. I also noticed how consistent and gracious they were with every guest, which says a lot about the service culture at this hotel. The people here are what make Banyan Tree KL truly special.
