Nice,simple and cozy hotel with modern touch. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo is provided Cleanliness is good. . Location strategic in the heart of Bukit Bintang nearby mrt bukit bintang Recommended

Staff at counter very friendly. Service tip top. All good. Only room lttletel bit small.

Quiet great comfy bed with 5 tv channels you can actually watch. Shower worked well room is quite large for 1.

One of the receptionists was very rude and hard to deal with. The others are very kind and polite. Only the female one look grumpy all the time. We had issue with her from check in to check out. Not a very good encounter. I spent a little time in Indonesia so i can understand a bit of Bahasa even though i can'f speak. On the check out day, my airpods fall under the elevator hole, while every other staffs were helping me, she just gossiping me with one of the staff and laugh if off. Probably my last time there.

It is good for a boutique hotel so do not expect amenities like a pool, gym, etc., value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful, kudos to them. AC in one of the rooms started making noise in the evening but staff helped change the room immediately when it could not be fixed by them. No restaurant in the hotel and nearby Indian restaurants unfortunately opened late (most in and after lunch hours) so vegetarian breakfast was an issue for us in that vicinity but managed via Hasan Ali hawker center nearby. Can take a grab taxi to most of the KL tourist attractions (factor ~10 min taxi wait time though, grabs' issue) so location is also good. Not a noisy road outside but the view from the room is limited. Not sure about parking but did not see any outside the hotel.

Hotel location is quite good, easy to find. Can walk to Pavilion and around. Comfortable hotel and worth the price.

The room was okay, neat. However when I come to the bathroom, i saw few strands of hair on the sink as well as the floor like it didn't really proper clean. But overall, everything was okay, nice hotel to stay.
