Ulasan Cojoy Hotel @ Chinatown Kuala Lumpur

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the transportation is convenient. It's a 10-minute walk to multiple subway lines and a light rail option. It's also not far from several popular '网红' (internet-famous) food spots nearby.

I stayed at Cojoy Hotel in Chinatown, Kuala Lumpur last night and overall I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the room was well maintained. The location is also very convenient as it is close to several popular attractions and shopping areas. It is within walking distance to places like Dataran Merdeka, Central Market, and Petaling Street, which made it easy to explore the area. There are also many shops and places to eat nearby. However, the surrounding area can feel a bit crowded and busy, especially with many foreign workers around the streets, which made me feel slightly uncomfortable at times. Overall, it is still a good place to stay if you are looking for a clean hotel with a strategic location in Chinatown.

The room size was decent, and it was spacious enough for three of us with two beds. It also had several windows. The service was very enthusiastic. It's close to Petaling Street, which makes getting around very convenient. However, for several nights in a row, there was construction noise downstairs past midnight, which was incredibly loud. The hotel staff said it was government construction and there was nothing they could do about it. Being close to the market, there was also a lot of constant honking from cars, which added to the noise.

I stayed at this hotel because it’s close to Petaling Street, which made it really convenient to explore the area. The room is clean, although it’s not very spacious. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the room, but overall everything was fine during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

This was quite a unique experience, I must say. The hotel is clean and has an old-world charm. The rooftop is a real highlight, offering fantastic panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur's iconic landmarks. Just a heads-up for Chinese travelers: they don't provide shower caps or combs, so you'll need to bring your own, which is a bit different from what we're used to.

Service good and well prepared for us

Stayed at Cojoy Hotel in Chinatown, Strategist Place and honestly it exceeded expectations for the price. The room was surprisingly big and very comfortable. Everything felt clean and well arranged, and the bed was comfy enough for a really good night’s sleep. The area was quiet, which made the stay even more relaxing. One of the best parts was the rooftop view, such a nice spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. Affordable but still feels pleasant and well maintained. The only small improvement would be providing a floor mat (keset/lap lantai) for the bathroom, especially to dry your feet after showering. That would make it even better. Overall, a very good stay, cheap, comfortable, quiet, and totally worth it. I would stay here again.

The room is spacious, the location is very good, nearby have so many shopping place and restaurants, not far from the MRT as well, just I think they need to make the hot water a bit better, but overall still a pleasant experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, but the room is quite small. No extra beds are allowed (even though I asked Trip.com before and they said extra beds were possible). It was clean! I booked it for my friend, and she said it was great!

The location is unbeatable, really great and convenient. The facilities are a bit old, and the environment is a little subpar, but everything else is very good.
