The room with 2 queen bed and a single bed very good for a family trip.Complimentary parking RM10/entry as usual.11th floor a good view but the corridor have smoking smell especially when out from lift there.

We were a group of three looking for a room with three single beds, but we ended up finding this place with incredibly spacious rooms. It had two double beds plus another double bed, and the space was truly comfortable. My mom slept wonderfully! Downstairs, the hotel is surrounded by eateries offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which is super convenient! Plus, booking a room also came with a convenient airport transfer discount! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Malaysia!

Room was resonable, shower screen water link out to the floor, water pressure bad. 3rd day room service was nit even till 3pm. TV our of order, cannot fix, asked us to change room instead. Not happy customer at all.

We stayed at Seeds Hotel Premier for just one night after a flight, so we mainly wanted to check in quickly, rest, and have working internet. Unfortunately, our overall impression was rather negative. The check-in process took a very long time — even though we arrived tired from the airport. There was a noticeable damp smell in the room. There were no windows, but this was mentioned at the time of booking. The Wi-Fi was not working at all, and the reception told us that it would not be fixed that day. This was a big downside for us. Another issue was the condition of the room facilities. There was a chair in the room with a broken leg. I asked for it to be replaced, but they brought another chair that was also in poor condition, this time with a crack in the seat. In the end, they simply gave me an extra towel to put over the cracked seat, which seemed to be their way of solving the problem. The safe in the first room also did not work. At our request, a staff member came to replace the batteries. However, while we were walking from the elevator to the room, he was opening the battery packaging and simply dropping pieces of plastic packaging onto the carpet in the hallway as he walked. The batteries were replaced, but it did not help — the safe still did not work. After we were moved to another room, the situation with the safe was only slightly better: in the second room, only the bottom two rows of numbers worked, while the top row did not respond. Because of this, we had to create a code using only the numbers that actually worked. On the positive side, the staff offered to move us to the neighboring room, and we appreciate that. The room also had basic amenities: a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, slippers, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, tea bags, and bottled water. The location is generally okay, but it takes around 20 minutes to walk to the metro, so I would not call it very convenient. Overall, this hotel may be acceptable for a very short stay if you do not have high expectations. But because of the long check-in, damp smell, non-working Wi-Fi, and the overall condition of the room, our stay left an unpleasant impression.

Very disappointed for the check in issue- check in time take me 2 hours ++ make me feels very tired after drive 6 hours journey.

Quite an old hotel. Room is clean but booked a king bed room but given a single bed. Shower tube is leaking; AC is old but still functional....take a while to feel cool.....shower hot water is weak. Counter staff only 1 is ok.

Recommended. The staff very friendly. The hotel is very clean.

Hotel sanga selesa

This is my third stay this year, and each experience has been worse than the last! Last time, the TV only had two channels, but after I checked out and reported it, they fixed it quickly, which was commendable. This time (August 30th), I stayed one night, and the hot water couldn't be regulated; it was constantly scalding hot, which was awful! To top it off, I booked a standard king room but was given a single room. The staff offered no help and just told me to contact the booking platform directly. I regret booking the room for September 13th, and now I can't cancel it. I'm extremely disappointed with this hotel.

Just checked out earlier... Very satisfied with my stay here, it's also affordable... All services were top-notch. God willing, next time we come to KL, we'll stay at this hotel. Everything is close by... Facilities for shopping or food are all nearby.

Compared to other small hotels, this one is pretty good, though of course, it can't compare to hotels in China.

The location is excellent, right next to ICC Pudu. The hotel reception offers luggage storage, and ordering a Grab car is convenient since the hotel has its own driveway for Grab cars to pull up. The room was large and relatively clean, with daily housekeeping and water replenishment. The view outside was also nice. There are power outlets by the bedside for charging. The room felt spacious, seemingly made by combining two rooms. The minor downsides were that the soundproofing wasn't great – I could hear conversations from next door – and in the early hours, I could hear chanting from outside, likely related to Islamic customs. The water pressure in the shower wasn't super strong, but still acceptable. Otherwise, I was quite satisfied. I would choose this hotel again if I have the chance. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

The room's soundproofing could be improved, as noise from outside/the neighboring rooms could be heard.
