Ulasan Agile Residence 5 mins walk to TRX, Bukit Bintang and Pavilion KL

Firstly the host won’t reply on time and could just leave you on blue tick. The location was not accurate so we’ve to walk so far to reach the correct spot. Secondly, the stay has a very bad smell , especially from the toilet. The smell is so bad till one of my friend vomitted.

Not good for local. Booked the unit that have parking lot . But when I want to drive in , guard say cannot then management say register as a visitor then I try again . Guard say cannot register, call me use tngo pay to enter. So nonsense got parking but still need to pay . And the self check in is need to wait the guard to open the mail door . Then this is not consider as “self” check in wait for a long time . And the unit is not clean . The floor is like very oily

Great location..Great view , also quick response from the host ..Overall is good. The only complaint I have is -the Odor coming from the bathroom, it is so intense that I have to keep the exhaust fan on and close the bathroom door all the time ..Hope the building management can fix that

Location is good only 1km from food street and Twin Towers the room are clean no smell and good view. Well-equipped and had some green plants.However, the soundproofing in the room was really bad. I'm not referring to the sound from the next room, but I could hear everything outside. It might be because I was staying in Building A of Buildings A, B, and C, which is closest to the road and the room window faces the main road. At night, the sounds of motorcycles, sports cars, police cars, and ambulances caused me to have poor sleep quality for two days, waking up several times during the night. It might also be because there are very few residents in Building A. And The most important thing !! it's crucial to contact the hotel in advance before checking in, otherwise you might not be able to find it, as there's no front desk. In my experience, I can't found the hotel I asked many peoples around there, including security guards, other guests, and customer service staff, but no one knew the answer. I also call the agency number in the app but no one answered. We arrived there at the evening it was really hard to find, but thankfully we finally found their WeChat ID in the hotel booking email. The agency also came to take us to our room right away, otherwise we really would have complained.Overall, the hotel is good, but you should contact them in advance before checking in, and definitely avoid choosing a room close to the main road.

The location is close to malls, and the property is a newly built condominium. However, the overall stay was not satisfactory. I booked a duplex unit and repeatedly asked the host in advance about the floor level and soundproofing, but the host’s responses were selective and did not clearly address these questions. Upon check-in, a renovation notice was still posted on the unit door. Despite the notice stating renovation hours from 9am to 5pm, drilling noises were heard as late as 8pm, and contractors began moving equipment and making noise around 8am. The unit was located on a lower floor that could be accessed without a key card, which raised security concerns, especially as many contractors were present. Someone attempted to open the unit door during the stay. This was reported to the host, but there was no response. The first two nights were tiring due to poor soundproofing. The unit is close to the road, and loud motorcycle noises could be heard every 5–10 minutes throughout the night. Feedback, including videos, was sent to the host at around 3:30am. After discussion, the host agreed to move us to a higher-floor unit, which allowed for better rest on the final night. In terms of amenities, the bed and pillows were basic and not hotel-standard. No water or cups were provided. In the replacement unit, the water heater was not functioning properly. This issue was not reported further. Overall, this may not be a suitable option for those seeking a comfortable and quiet stay. It is advisable to provide clear evidence when giving feedback, as issues may not be addressed otherwise.

- need to add Whatsapp of the owner to get the information on how to get the key.. - needed to wait for a while, nobody come to open the door, I then walked to infront of the mailroom until one of the guard open the door for other so I asked if I could get in. - then need to follow instruction to get the key from a mailbox. - the digital door wasn't unlocked with the key, need to use password. - Room is in B building, our grab dropped us on the wrong building because we didnt familair with area although the pinned location is correct. - dishes detergent, shapoo, body shower were provided. Need to go out and buy watching machine detergine. - the washing machine is a bit dusty, I brought my own washing machine cleaning powder. - location is strategic, convenient to walk to TRX.

The apartment is quite comfortable and very close to the city center, making it easy to get taxis. However, waiting for the elevator takes a very long time. There are too few elevators for the number of people, leading to severe crowding. You might have to wait 20 minutes just to get upstairs.

Overall, we were quite satisfied with the apartment and location which is very near to Bukit Bintang and TRX all within walking distance. But on day 2, when we went back to the apartment the unit was black out and we called the agents, he immediately changed another unit for me. It is a bit of a hassle to move at night and when there is no electricity at all. We managed to move into a new unit around 11plus pm. I would like to suggest, if the toilet has a hook it will be a plus point. There is no hook in the toilet and it is quite difficult to hang our clothes. The condo has a 60th floor but only 3 lifts. Sometimes you have to wait very long. 😝😝😅😅

Walking distance to TRX shopping Mall and TRX MRT. The unit is quite small for 3 people but if with family it won't be a problem. It has a washing machine for those who stay longer. Calling Grab is very convenient. The host is very helpful.

A nice studio apartment with good amenities including a washing machine/dryer. Very strategically located in the Imbi area, in close proximity to TRX MRT and mall and thus enjoying all the convenience the area provided. Had an enjoyable 7-night stay.

Admin are slow response, the apartment are still under construction, sometimes the lift under maintenance so we need the long wait.

5 mins walk to TRX. And ample parking lots available around the residence. Nice view too. For breakfast can walk across the road. Q bistro.

Overall, it was okay.
