Everything is excellent, clean and all process is smooth. 5mins walks to nearest MRT. Will book this suites again when im back in kl.

Excellent location, just about a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, and the surrounding area is lovely. Communication via WhatsApp was super fast and responsive. We arrived at 1 PM and were able to check in immediately, the service was fantastic. The only downside was a strange smell in the bathroom, but at this price, it's still well worth staying. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur.

Super great location! You can see the Petronas Twin Towers from your balcony, and it's within walking distance of KLCC and Petronas. Amazing! The apartment itself is also very nice, tidy, with good beds, and fully equipped. The landlord was very kind and understanding. Unfortunately, due to our short stay, we couldn't make use of all the facilities. The smell in the bathrooms is very strong though; they should really look into that. It's localized to the bathrooms, so the rest of the house smells fine!

Was informed swimming pool undergoing maintenance just before the trip; just my luck. :( Stayed for 3 nights; 1st night on 10th floor. Granted to move to 21st floor for next 2 nights when I asked. However, I found in dismay the "upgrade" was less than desirable! We were out whole day & returned to 2nd room past 9pm to find the followings: - gap behind TV console was very dusty, not cleaned for months? Staff came to vacuum soon as I am allergic to dust. - 1 shower glass door hinge was displaced & door could not close fully; told repair only after our stay. - washing machine out of order when we wanted to do laundry at 10+ pm; staff already knew but we were not told upfront! Offered laundry service the next day... Location is great - near Conlay MRT but some amenities were not up to standard, though there were cutlery nicely set-up on dining table for a change, & champagne glasses too. Lesson learnt: make sure all are in good working order upon check-in.

I was quite worried after reading the reviews when I booked, but after checking in, I felt it offered pretty good value for money. We were two families, and each family got a bedroom, which was perfect. Pros: 1. Very close to attractions like KLCC, within a 10-minute walk. 2. The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and allows cooking, even providing dish soap. A washing machine with laundry detergent is also supplied. A thoughtful touch is the presence of universal power adapters in many areas of the apartment. 3. Only one key is provided, but you can request an extra one. 4. Before check-in, the staff proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm our arrival time and waited for us at the apartment. Even before check-in time, the staff helped us store our luggage. They messaged us when the apartment was ready, and when we arrived, our luggage had already been placed inside. On check-out day, we had other plans and it was inconvenient to drag our suitcases around. The staff informed us that we could leave our luggage in the apartment, and once we finished our activities, they would bring it down to the lobby for us. 5. During check-in, the staff showed us around the apartment, explained how to use the water heater, and even sent a tutorial via WeChat. They were also very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. A big thank you again to Salah for his help! 6. There's a small Chinese supermarket on the 9th floor that's open until 11 PM. 7. The rooftop infinity pool is quite spacious, and the kids had a blast there. Minor drawbacks: 1. Since we stayed for 2 consecutive days, we were informed that room cleaning isn't done daily; they clean every 3 days. This meant we had to clear out the rubbish in the apartment ourselves every day (though there's a convenient rubbish disposal area just outside the apartment door). 2. The beds were a bit small, and the mattresses felt a bit sunken, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. There was renovation work happening during our stay, which started around 10 AM every morning and significantly disturbed our rest.

The hotel balcony faces the Twin Towers directly, and it's really pleasant to sit there, enjoy a drink, and admire the view. It's a two-bedroom apartment with three beds, perfect for a family. However, the bath towels were a bit old and stained; my daughter even asked me how we were supposed to use them. I told her they smelled clean and had been washed, so we'd just have to make do… Check-in was handled in the lobby (I had already added the butler on WeChat beforehand). The butler personally showed us to our room and explained all the facilities. The most important tip was this: you need to turn on a switch about fifteen minutes *before* showering to get hot water! I only remembered the butler's instruction after I'd already taken a cold shower. I guess it's my fault for not listening carefully, and my English isn't great either.

We stayed for 2 days. We booked a room with a balcony overlooking the Petronas Towers, but were given a room facing the opposite side. I asked to be moved to the room I had chosen and paid for, but the front desk staff said there were no vacant rooms with a tower view that day, and they would do their best tomorrow. But how can that be?! We booked and paid for it, and you confirmed the reservation. If you can't provide it, then refund the difference in price! The next morning, they provided a room at 12 PM, exactly the same in size and amenities as the first, give or take the color and arrangement of the furniture (I attached photos of the living rooms of both the first and second rooms). Everything else was great, the hotel is luxurious, and the subway is nearby (it's closer to walk through the parking lot to the subway than to go around on the sidewalk). The pool on the 46th floor is clean, but the glass barriers really need cleaning; you can't see anything through them. The view from the pool is NOT of the Petronas Towers! The hotel restaurant (47th floor) is only open on weekends, so keep that in mind if you're hoping to dine there. Thanks to the front desk manager, who was very helpful and tried to assist with any questions.

Spacious unit , very clean . Looks like newly renovated . Easy checkin process . Need to inform the management 15 minutes before your arrival . The staff is veri nice and helpful . He helped us with our luggage . Huge rooms, very comfortable beds . Water pressure is very good . They also provide toothbrush , shower cap. Ironing board , washing machine with drying function , Bottles of drinking water also provided.

Excellent location, very close to KLCC, and only about a 10-minute taxi ride to major attractions. The view from the balcony in the morning is unobstructed and beautiful. The room is spacious, and soundproofing at night is good. High security for entry and exit. The bathroom is clean, tidy, and spacious.

Absolutely fantastic! It's spotless, fully equipped, and in a super convenient location. The night view is particularly stunning, and you even get clear views of the Twin Towers! Plus, the rooftop pool and gym are immaculately clean too!

Excellent stay, convenient location, and clean rooms. Highly recommended!
