So far, so good, especially for the budget-friendly price. However, I do have a few comments. There were no slippers in the bathroom. The room felt small, despite the description stating a larger size. Good thing I only stayed for one night. It's not soundproofed; you can hear noises from outside. That's about it.

Door very very hard open and lock.. toilet door also can't closed well. No recommended ..

The stay was comfortable and pleasant overall. The room upgrade made a big difference and was much appreciated. Thanks to Alyan for the good service throughout my stay — friendly, professional, and very helpful. Good job and will definitely stay here again

Clean room, prompt service and the staff especially Alyan and his colleague are very helpful. This hotel will be much better once the renovation works completed very soon. Maybe, the management could look into ways to improve the water heater which currently not hot enough. Should make available drinking water dispenser. Thank you.

Excellent room, understanding and accommodating staff. Very clean with a view of the outside road and buildings. The hotel was also very affordable and close to two metro stations and multiple bus lines which go all around KL. Special thanks to Alayan who was very friendly and helped me a lot. A new hotel that was still an ongoing transition from old to new one (facilities, door). Right now still don't have wifi. The room floor is a bit dusty. The room that I get smells like people smoking in there. If you come here by grab, you can't find the location. Overall quite ok for the price, if you are looking for a very comfortable hotel, this is not it.

Strategically located close to the city, near restaurants, and with strong Wi-Fi making everything easier.
