Facilities: A classic, well-established hotel with complete infrastructure. Hygiene: The room had a slight musty smell. Environment: Breakfast, pool, and public areas were all great. Service: The front desk staff were very professional and excellent. Initially, I kept entering the wrong PIN several times when trying to pay the deposit by card, but the staff remained kind and patient. Later, I paid with Malaysian cash. The next day, I asked the same staff member if I could re-charge the deposit to my card and get the cash back for convenience during our trip. The staff member immediately said "no problem" and processed it efficiently. This kind of thoughtful and professional service made us feel truly impressed.

Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur really brings a resort-like vibe to a city hotel. It's located right in the heart of KLCC, yet it's surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The service is attentive without being overbearing, and the room quality is excellent. It's definitely a city resort hotel that makes you want to just stay in and savor the experience.

Absolutely terrible. For a hotel of this supposed standard, they can't even tell the front from the back of a duvet, and inside it was all yellow and smelled awful. It's definitely not worth the price. Even 200-300 RMB hotels in China are better than this. It's so bad, and the hotel did absolutely nothing about it. Truly disgusting.

The service at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is truly second to none. Their genuine commitment to ensuring our comfort made us feel truly valued as guests. This is exactly the level of service one would expect from a world-class five-star hotel. The room itself is excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised when we returned from dinner to find that the room had been serviced again. Most hotels provide housekeeping only once during the day, but Four Seasons went the extra mile. They even thoughtfully placed bottled drinking water and glasses beside our bed, a small gesture that made a big difference. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly impressive.

Room 1317. Just checked in and saw stains and hair on the bed. I was too tired after a long flight and an hour-long ride from the airport to the hotel, so I couldn't be bothered to complain (especially since the front desk attitude was quite unhelpful. When I checked in, I specifically asked for Chinese service, and the girl with glasses who spoke Chinese just symbolically led me to the front desk and had an English-speaking staff member assist me instead). The room's cleanliness, facilities, and breakfast all fell short of Four Seasons standards and expectations. The bathroom also had a foul smell. The only upside is its convenient location to KLCC, which is right downstairs, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the Petronas Towers. Other than that, there's nothing remarkable. The room booked through Trip.com also had a poor view. Upon checkout, I was overcharged for breakfast and taxes.

My friend recommended this place, and I'd definitely choose it again next time. Facilities: The pool is huge and the facilities are excellent. Cleanliness: The room was spotless. Ambiance: The hotel environment is lovely. Service: The staff were very attentive and thoughtful.

It's quite close to the Twin Towers, and the amenities here are really comprehensive and quite good. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices; I tried the special Laksa, and all the pastries were delicious.

The hotel was great, and the breakfast was decent too. Especially, the room was spacious and bright, making for a very comfortable stay.

We're pretty picky, and we stayed here for the Sammi Cheng concert. The hotel service was absolutely top-notch, fantastic! The only minor hiccup was a slight communication issue between the booking agent and the hotel, which delayed our check-in by about 30 minutes. However, both Trip.com and the hotel offered compensation, which was appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was absolutely no noise, which was a definite improvement over the Guangzhou Four Seasons. The room was also impeccably clean and tidy – a big shout-out to the cleaning staff! I'll definitely try to choose Four Seasons for my future travels.

The views are fantastic, especially from the restaurant and sky bar, which offer unparalleled vistas. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur.

The room's location is excellent.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Twin Towers and close to the subway, making transportation very convenient. The hotel facilities are quite good, and the room is spacious. Even after combining two sofas to make an extra bed for a child, it still felt very roomy. The room faces the city park, offering excellent views, especially the dazzling city nightscape at night. The rooftop pool isn't huge, but it's beautiful, and the complimentary welcome drink was delicious.

The location is superb, with major shopping malls just a short walk downstairs. The hotel lobby on 6B offers beautiful views overlooking the KLCC fountain! Although the Petronas Twin Towers aren't fully visible and are partially obstructed, it's great to feel like they're right next door! The hygiene and service are excellent! While the breakfast selection isn't particularly unique or extensive, it's decent and enough to eat! It did get a bit repetitive after three days, though, so perhaps consider guests staying for consecutive nights. Overall, the Four Seasons definitely enhanced my impression of Kuala Lumpur!
