It was not good my view must be on twins towers but give me room in corner like in picture, also there are water fall from the opening light not save and make bad smell , the breakfast there are not helpfully

It was such a pleasure staying at this hotel with my daughter we came here for the BETT Asia award conference and exhibition. firstly Iād recommend all companies to host conferences and their events at this hotel and families to come here for an amazing five star experience definitely worth it!!! We even had the best babysitter her name is Rose. She is so caring and gentle

MO situated right next to the famous Twin Tower , it is very convenient the reach KLCC mall by just cross the street .
The check in service is very effecient and the staffx from the door are very polite and friendly .

As a 5 five-star hotel Im hoping to get that kind of services. I think everthing is on point except the breakfast menu is just something missing. I was hoping to have a variety line up of food but I didnt really feel it. Maybe the hotel could add more malaysian menu with fresh & hot menu such as roti canai, nasi lemak or kueh. The taste also is just so-so. Other than that everything is ok. One more add ice-cream for customer gone to the pool. Thats a wow factor.

The hotel is very well located and you can even get a room with a view of the petronas towers. While the service and staff is good. It doesnāt feel up to par with other 5 star hotels I have stayed at
