Room was comfy enough for a short stay of 2 nights. However, from the moment of check-in, there was a “sewage smell” in the bathroom - not sure where it was coming from but my hunch thinks it’s the sink. Also, simple amenities such as hand wash soap and floor cloth was not provided for the bathroom. Note that it’s not close to city centre. Floor was also slightly “dusty” for some reason.

Service was nothing special.I found some cockroaches at the bathroom.Must do more pest control.

Manage to contact he counter for late check in due to traffic delays. The staff are helpful and can converse in English. Location is very centralised to Berjaya times sq. Only downside is not much food choices around the area. Only Macs. Good thing there’s grab deliver

Attended by a pretty and attentive Malay lady. Very satisfied with her service and she purposely assign my car park lot on lower ground car park to avoid scratching my lowered car. Only one thing I’m unhappy about is the kettle in my room, it’s quite dirty and alrdy rust.

The location of this hotel is very good and close to many places, but the cleanliness and overall experience were very disappointing. The bathroom had a very strong moldy smell.🤮🤢 It was so bad that I had to mentally prepare myself before going in. The toilet had stains and looked dirty, and the sink was even worse. As you can see in the photos, the room was not cleaned properly. I even found someone’s straw on the floor. The WiFi didn’t work. The first time, someone came to fix it, but the second time I asked for help, customer service didn’t reply anymore. The hotel says there is free parking, but it is only for outdoor parking. Indoor parking costs $25 per day. The location is great, but the smell and cleanliness were really terrible. It was extremely smelly and uncomfortable😔😔 This is my first time giving a bad review, but I really need to share my experience🥲🥲

I stay 2 nights request 2 water bottle but they send to me after 2 hours very slow service, and have supply toothbrush set but not supply shower cap.

This hotel is very affordable and gives you a high end experience. From a very spacious and elegant room with a nice view and free swimming in the pool. It’s very convenient and near the airport and city centre so it’s very easy to roam around the city.

The bed was comfortable, and the city view from our window was absolutely stunning, especially at night. The facilities were impressive — from the infinity pool overlooking the KL skyline to the relaxing ambiance around the property. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. Location-wise, it’s perfect! Just a short distance from Kuala Lumpur’s main attractions like KLCC and Petronas Towers, and there are nearby restaurants and convenience stores too. Overall, it was a memorable stay — a great mix of comfort, style, and value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, whether for leisure or business.

I like the room is good but if you book the hotel from promotion the stuff behaves like 😏 ＞＞＞＞＞and fixing your location hotel please 🙏 bring me know where make me so scares
