So much dust in the coffin style pods. I hadn't realized and went to sleep with the fan turned on when I arrived and woke up a few hours later with a severe sinus infection that lasted the rest of the stay and required constant medication to function. The quality of the other guests was so low that the management had to post signs that insisted guests were required to shower and change clothes. Some guests smoked in the pool and tossed in their cigarettes. Most of the showers and toilets were broken. I can't recall them having even one that fully functioned. Incredible view diminished by the stench of cheap cigarettes

i like this place and clean and quite for short travel trip in city

I stayed here for a few nights and honestly it was a solid experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff were super friendly. Location also on point they don’t provide a hairdryer, so please bring your own.

Ohana Kuala Lumpur was a very great hostel. They have great management. The hotels were very clean and nice.

I enjoyed my stay, staff were great , I would love to come back to this place, very affordable for backpackers, security is their priority

I wish I left earlier. I wanted to leave 5 days ago but i was sick and so hard to travel when not feeling well. Staff made me feel uncomfortable a lot. I felt like they liked to gossip a lot. I felt like they thought I couldn’t understand but I did understand. And there were bugs in the bathroom which was scary.

Nice place for solo trip, absolutely will stay here again.

I wish they provided A TOWEL. I hate that you have to PAY for a towel. It’s so annoying. And to use any facilities you need a towel but I didn’t want to pay for a basic thing like a towel. And swimming pool doesn’t look clean. And there were bugs on the floor which was so gross.

good place in general and very lovely staff. but - strong "male energy", smells like a men cave in the dorm. a female bathroom would be nice. nothing to hang clothes or place to put your soap in the shower. beside this very good, swimming pool, sauna and gym available. the terrace is very comfortable with nice view on the city, spacious box bed with good privacy and electric fan

It was fine for the price they offered, incl. swimming pool and gym access. It was quite, the walls of my cubicles had some dirt/residues. The mattress was rather hard.

The sheets and pillowcases were very dirty.

Overall not bad at all, just felt uncomfortable when I saw a little cockroach around the washroom, location was a bit inconvenient when the event head at kl city center.

Honestly the hostel is pretty nice, you also have wifi in the public areas that is helpful in case you wanna sleep peacefully in your room😂
